“We needed to replace several old-style two-piece toilets. Based on my research we wanted to go with Toto one-piece Universal Height units. We visited Central Arizona Supply at 3555 West Reno Street. Their showroom had quite a few Toto models on display.
Bill Williams, the Branch Manager, at Central Arizona Supply met with us and explained about each of the Toto models. He was most patient with our questions and extremely helpful.
After our visit he sent a competitive quote along with detailed specifications on each toilet. Once we agreed on the color we wanted, Bill ordered the toilets. Since Central Arizona Supply does not do the actual installation, Bill explained what the Totos came with and what the plumber would need to supply.
Once the Totos arrived he let me know and had everything ready for my plumber to pick up from Central Arizona Supply.
The whole experience was easy and pressure-free. We never felt pushed toward any particular model.

“I had a major leak in my house and my plumber recommended this place. I was so nervous and didn't know anything about plumbing and I had to purchase a monoblock. I called Patricia Kirby who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my ignorant questions. I was clueless but she went above and beyond to assist what i needed. She explained thoroughly what I needed, what to watch out for (asked if I had water softener loop ) and gave me great advice. Customer service was outstanding ! Highly recommend this place. “We've purchased a lot of furniture and pieces from RH. Simply put, once you shop there you cannot look anywhere else. RH has the top designs with modern, quality furniture, hands down. Yeah it's expensive, but these are forever pieces so it's worth it. The interior design at the gallery was very helpful. We spent a lot of time there going over all the details. Customer service has never been an issue, so those who posted bad reviews on that, I don't see it. The furniture is delivered by a professional, white glove, moving company with focus on care. Bottom line is you can't go wrong at RH, once you walk into the gallery you'll stay awhile.”

Shout out to the staff here. We had a problem with our water heater, so my husband went to Ferguson. But they didn’t have the part we needed in stock. Since we were desperate, they went out of their way to devise a plan to get our water heater up and running until the part came in. We’re extremely grateful for the extra effort they provided.
