I called Patricia Kirby who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my ignorant questions. I was clueless but she went above and beyond to assist what i needed. “We needed to replace several old-style two-piece toilets. Based on my research we wanted to go with Toto one-piece Universal Height units. We visited Central Arizona Supply at 3555 West Reno Street. Their showroom had quite a few Toto models on display.
Bill Williams, the Branch Manager, at Central Arizona Supply met with us and explained about each of the Toto models. He was most patient with our questions and extremely helpful.
After our visit he sent a competitive quote along with detailed specifications on each toilet. Once we agreed on the color we wanted, Bill ordered the toilets. Since Central Arizona Supply does not do the actual installation, Bill explained what the Totos came with and what the plumber would need to supply.
Once the Totos arrived he let me know and had everything ready for my plumber to pick up from Central Arizona Supply.
The whole experience was easy and pressure-free. We never felt pushed toward any particular model.

“This is my favorite store IN THE WORLD. I absolutely LOVE the esthetic, (the elevator), and the rooftop view of Las Vegas is breathtaking. The sales people greet you but do not harass an follow you through the store like the regular furniture store salespeople do. This is a place I take my family/friends visiting as if it is a tourist site. They too absolutely LOVE it. Although, I am not a member only because I wouldn't be ordering all year, it is still a good option for those that do because the price point exceeds my limits for certain items. RH has given me some great ideas that I have mimicked. Again, I LOVE this place. I come there often at least 10-12 times a year. Thanks for the experience!”
