“This is my favorite store IN THE WORLD. I absolutely LOVE the esthetic, (the elevator), and the rooftop view of Las Vegas is breathtaking. The sales people greet you but do not harass an follow you through the store like the regular furniture store salespeople do. This is a place I take my family/friends visiting as if it is a tourist site. They too absolutely LOVE it. Although, I am not a member only because I wouldn't be ordering all year, it is still a good option for those that do because the price point exceeds my limits for certain items. RH has given me some great ideas that I have mimicked. Again, I LOVE this place. I come there often at least 10-12 times a year. Thanks for the experience!”

“I had a major leak in my house and my plumber recommended this place. I was so nervous and didn't know anything about plumbing and I had to purchase a monoblock. I called Patricia Kirby who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my ignorant questions. I was clueless but she went above and beyond to assist what i needed. She explained thoroughly what I needed, what to watch out for (asked if I had water softener loop ) and gave me great advice. Customer service was outstanding ! Highly recommend this place. Great price and they have it all! So Worth it!”

“After reviewing numerous sink brands, I was very cautious about choosing one that might rust over time, especially since I was installing an undermount sink with a new countertop. I couldn’t find a single brand without at least some complaints about rust within a few months, especially at major retailers like Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe’s. That's when I decided to seek out a local business for a better-quality product and a personalized customer experience.
I found Faucet Galore, and Ken was incredibly knowledgeable, which made me feel confident in his recommendation. He suggested Lenova, a brand that had few reviews online at the time—and no mentions of rust issues, but also not much feedback overall. Fast forward over a year, and I can confidently say this sink is fantastic—no rust, and it still looks like new.”
