“I am very happy with the service provided by this location. I had a package returned due to improper labeling because there was a lithium battery inside the Playstation 5 I shipped last week. The package was returned to my home address. I returned to the store today with the proper UN 3481 hazardous materials battery label and they shipped it again for me at no additional cost. Thank you UPS Store on St Rose next to Costco!”
“I just want to say that Toni Laird-Wise and her team are amazing. They are SOOO Polite and helpful. From taking packages to the car (when not asked) to just simple everyday courtesies. I had to ship something to Canada and she said I will give you 4 options before I even asked for options. They are really great at customer service.”

I've been to other UPS stores and there are long wait times and the people aren't friendly. It's an uncomfortable feeling when there is a long line behind you and you're trying to figure things out.
They always have a notary available when the banks don't have one and the prices aren't bad either.”
“I had last minute printing done right before their closing time. They were so very gracious and welcoming. They gladly printed a large document for me which I needed urgently. I was earlier turned away from FedEx as they didn't have time. I'm so glad I found this Post Net location. I'll be bringing all my business here and referring others. “Super friendly staff to even help me put the correct shipping label on my package I asked them if they could put a better label on a package and they said yes it could do that very super friendly staff here I've had dropped off a lot of packages and I've had no issues with this place on sending packages to their destination highly recommend this place”

“I had an Amazon return and this was the closest UPS to where I was. A very nice man in the casino walked me down to the Business Center where the UPS office is. I walked in and asked about Amazon returns and the very nice lady explained that they do charge $6 for each package and that even if your return states that you do not need a box, for this location you DO need a box. I almost left to find the next closest store but the lady was so nice and genuine that I decided that I would pay the $6. For me, quality customer service means a lot more than a service charge. I would have spent 20 minutes just going to another store, but I stayed and had a good experience. But you should know the terms before you go in so you are not surprised or put off.”
