“Ms. Selena was a wonderful helper today, we had a problem with our TV and shipping it back. Today with Ms. Selena we had to do plenty of measurements, taping and re-taping, but while that was all happening Ms. Selena stayed focus and worked with us, doing it whatever she had to do to make sure we got our TV shipped back to the company. While we were working everything out, Ms. Selena started to understand our problem and everything became easier and easier along the way.
