“Big Ben was great. He listened to all of my questions, I told him what I was looking for, he aided me with my purchase but didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t want or need. This guy had solid knowledge and only wanted to make sure I understood the options and was satisfied with my purchase.”

“I gave a 5 star on this review because the gentleman, George was very helpful. He had another client at his desk and still made time to greet me and took the time to explain quickly which mattresses were top quality. I was having issues with my phone, downloading the app. He was very courteous and professional. Very very good person. He is a great asset to Mattress Firm.”

“From the moment I entered the store for the first time on Warm Springs Rd until the moment I left the store after finalizing my purchase, Tammy, the store manager, was kind, informative and patient. At no time did I feel pressured or unattended to. There were many mattress types and sizes to explore, which Tammy had knowledge of. She mentioned she’s been with Best Mattress for 3+ years, so you’ll be working with someone who won’t be giving you flimsy answers. I never felt pushed away from what my needs were so Tammy could make a bigger commission; in fact, she dealt strictly with my needs to solidify the sale and to diminish the chance of me unsatisfied with and returning a mattress. Tammy had an overall upbeat, positive attitude. I had a rough morning at work, but by the time I left the store my day was set on a straight, good path. Thanks Tammy! (I know to some who read this that this testimonial sounds fake, but it’s true, and my whole experience melted me like butter. By the way, I didn’t know Tammy before entering the store, so I’m not a past friend trying to gaslight you. The two delivery men were on time and careful of furniture in the path the mattresses were carried. They took my old mattress out and unwrapped and put my new mattress on my bed. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I bought an extra firm Best Crawford queen mattress. Now I’m onto looking for black tencel sheets (tencel is a material that allows for the cooling technology in the mattress to not be blocked—Tammy taught me this). Best Mattress should give black as a bedsheet cover color choice. Anyhow, no disappointment on my end! Obviously, everyone’s experience is different, but, based on my own experience, I’d suggest Tammy at Best Mattress on Warm Springs Rd.”

“Just went in for a box spring, the ordeal literally took a couple minutes, which is why I was hesitant to go to a mattress store from the get go but this was very easy. No trying to upsell, which was my biggest thing. We’ll be going back for mattresses later this year. Super affordable and good quality! Very friendly staff/owner also”

“Appearances are very deceiving! JC the owner is one of the most delightful and genuine business owners I've met in quite sometime. I was in the market for a small dining table and maybe a small bed but due to my own financial restraints I only purchased a table. JC was patient, listened to my needs and showed me everything he had in stock which allowed me to make my decision faster and easier. I highly recommend paying JC a visit, even if it's just to say hello and let him show you his large variety of pieces of different styles of furnishings and I'm sure you'll find his prices very reasonable. Ty JC for your patients with my unrealistic expectations but helping me at least get a nice sturdy dining table.”

“Lovely new spacious office. Efficiency seems improved over old office, where check in and various personnel work together. I had a sleep appliance appointment and the DDS was attentive and asked good questions. The staff was clear in their instruction for home testing. Friendly and respectful.”

“We had a great experience with LV Sofa Factory and John. He worked with us to create a custom sofa that is exactly what we wanted. Once delivered (2 weeks earlier than promised) we decided to add another section and they could not have made the process easier. We look forward to working with them again as we furnish our home.”
