First, we love our furniture! We bought a Playday 2 pc sofa and a Bettie 5 pc. dining set. We bought the dining set first then picked it up ourselves. The process was easy and their warehouse personnel were helpful. Unfortunately, it had a scratch on the surface so we went to the store and Audrie was super helpful on replacing from start to finish. We then decided to buy the sofa so they can deliver at the same time as the replacement (We picked the taller dining set of the same price) and the delivery process was efficient as well. We’re now satisfied as to how things worked out!”

“I have always loved shopping at this place. The inventory is fun and the prices are great. However, I recently learned that they have a lot of integrity as well. True integrity is revealed not when things are easy, but during challenges and unexpected events. I purchased some chairs and while putting them together they were very wobbly. I took the chairs back and the sales associates were amazing. They organized the return to manufacturer and when they received the new chairs they put them together for me to make sure that they were right and even offered a complementary delivery. I highly recommend this place for your furnishing and decor needs.”
“Appearances are very deceiving! JC the owner is one of the most delightful and genuine business owners I've met in quite sometime. I was in the market for a small dining table and maybe a small bed but due to my own financial restraints I only purchased a table. JC was patient, listened to my needs and showed me everything he had in stock which allowed me to make my decision faster and easier. I highly recommend paying JC a visit, even if it's just to say hello and let him show you his large variety of pieces of different styles of furnishings and I'm sure you'll find his prices very reasonable. “Just went in for a box spring, the ordeal literally took a couple minutes, which is why I was hesitant to go to a mattress store from the get go but this was very easy. No trying to upsell, which was my biggest thing. We’ll be going back for mattresses later this year. Super affordable and good quality! Very friendly staff/owner also”
“A few years ago, we purchased a large patio umbrella from Mrs Patio. We really like it. Recently, an important part broke.
I returned to the store and explained the problem. The manager, Robin, listened and understood what needed to be done. He looked us up on the computer and found our original purchase.
Now let me emphasize something. He looked us up, RIGHT THEN! I didn't have to call, text, email, or send anything to anyone explaining anything!!
Customer Service was happening right then, right in front of my eyes. He took ownership of my problem. This continued even though I was out of the warranty period. He called the manufacturer, and they agreed to send a rather large part for free. After that, I arranged to have their install crew install the part. I did pay for that service. It was inexpensive. Plus, the fellows who came were fast, very respectful, and courteous.
I considered all that Mrs Patio did was an outstanding level of service. I thanked them many times for all that they did for us.
Today, we received a thank you note that said they appreciated the opportunity to assist us. They sent a thank you card to us.
This has been the very best business we have ever dealt with in all of southern Nevada. No one has come close to this level of service and excellence on behalf of a one-time customer. We highly recommend Mrs Patio.”

“Today I went to grab a few things and the lovely cashier I had was very polite and friendly. It really made my day having this cashier talking to me like I'm a human being. She was an older lady and I think Target should consider hiring more people of that generation. They know how to engage with customers and just be a human in general. These young folks that are working can't answer a question when you need help and they just act like robots. That's how my usual interaction is at this store but today that sweet old lady made me enjoy Target. Thank you.”

I’m a Dasher, and a customer ordered a pair of shoes. It’s rare to encounter an associate who is truly helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile—but the young lady working in the women’s clothing department was absolutely amazing!
She was so friendly and very accommodating. There was only one pair of the shoes left, and it was in the backroom. She retrieved it right away without any hesitation.
I asked for her name—I believe it was Sierra or Ciarra (I apologize if I misspelled it). I was in such a hurry and feel bad that I didn’t confirm the correct spelling.
