“We came in to the store yesterday just before closing to look at some mattresses on sale for black Friday. Chris helped my wife and I pick the perfect Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base to fit our needs! We ended up keeping him an hour past closing but he was extremely helpful and informative and made sure we got just what we needed, he even put cartoons on his phone for our son to keep him occupied while we closed the deal on our new bed! I would highly recommend this store and Chris specifically to anyone looking to buy a new mattress, exceptional service! Thanks again Chris!”

“I am a new resident of Las Vegas from Florida, needing a new refrigerator for my new home. I also found American Freight - Appliance, an excellent sales unit I met for the first time; every thoughtful and thoughtful customer care gesture made me happy to be satisfied. Although I chose to buy one on the American Freight website, the price was very satisfactory, meaning it was 2/3 cheaper than other places with one with the same capacity and functions. Today, when I went to pick it up, I was unhappy that this refrigerator had a few small dents. I didn't like it very much, so the staff recommended another one for me. However, I still couldn't find a refrigerator for the price I was looking for. Seeing that, Miss. VIRGINIA and KEJARA, I don't know their positions, but through how they handled it, I concluded that at least they are Managers here. She picked another refrigerator with the same capacity as the one I bought, and she exchanged this one for me. To my surprise, when I saw the price list, this one was twice as expensive as the previous one. I wasn't surprised yet, then she gave me another surprise. She said I didn't need to pay more because She would discount the price difference on this new one. Surprisingly, even so, I care about and appreciate their service more than the discount I received, and because of that, they deserve my 5-star commendation. Very respectful and thankful to the American Freight store, I promise that in the future, whatever purchases I make for my new home, I will choose them first with the products they provide. I believe there is no place with lower prices here with reliable and satisfying service; again, Thanks, Miss. VIRGINIA and KEJARA.”

“I can not begin to tell you how nice everybody is that works here. In the Warm Springs location as well! Tuesday evening at the last minute we decided we wanted a new couch.I was not sure where to go to purchase furniture. RCW, & other big box stores is not where I like to give my money to. I always seek out local establishments.I would much rather support small businesses. Plus, my tax dollars stay local. So I went to Passport.The items they have are gorgeous. I read the "About" and was happy a business like this exists. I believe the owners are a group of designers. They do have some items to purchase on the floor. The gentleman (I completely forgot his name) explained some of the wait times for the couches with each company they represent. I believe 10 weeks might have been the wait time. Next time, we will do a custom order. Since we wanted a couch now and, being a last-minute decision, I wanted something sooner. He told me about the floor sample store on Warm Springs that I could buy off the floor. Could be the warehouse as well.That was the next stop.~BTW, since we ordered furniture 1.5 years ago, ended up waiting a year to get. No fault of anyone, but I think I might be marred by that. ~ LOL.It was exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying a few things.~ Couch~ Iron Credenza~ Wool foot stool~ Mirror~ 3 Amazing Mid-Century framed pictures~ Couch PillowsWe have an eye on a few items in the showroom.We are more than happy with what we bought. We will be back to do custom orders. Plus, I want to see anything I might have missed.I can not begin to explain how nice the people that work here are. People you don't find anymore. Kiana is the best! I'm happy we meet them. I'm speaking of everyone.I'll try and add some pictures I took of the items.Thank you all so much for everything! We are happy we found you!! “I've only had the mattress from Half-Priced Mattress Superstore for two weeks, so it's premature to tell its overall performance. But, based on a couple of weeks, it "appears" to be an "unbranded" quality mattress that will stand up over time. For the mattress, I offer five stars thus far. However, for the store services, delivery, and professionalism, I rate this retailer between three and four stars, and here's why. While very friendly, the saleswoman needed to grasp more of the mattress details. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I assume she was new to the job. The owner arrived while I was at the store, and he could have been more helpful and reassuring while listening to the saleswoman fumble for answers to my questions. The delivery didn't go well and had to be pushed back another day because the [third party] delivery person was very late. I spent two thousand dollars on this mattress and would feel better about the purchase with a follow-up or a simple thank you note or call. I am still waiting to receive any calls or follow-ups. RECOMMENDED: I Guess So SERVICE: Minimal PRICE: $$ to $$$ PARKING: Adequate and Convenient REASON/INTENT: Mattress Purchase”

“Excellent customer service!We purchased a bike for my 3 year old grandson from Santa. On December 23 rd when assembling the bike we found out that it was defective. We drove to three different Target stores that supposedly had the bike in stock according to the app-none of them had the bike. We then tried calling stores that had the bike according to the app. Customer service at every store just disconnected the call. Until we called this location that is. They not only took my call, they went to the back to confirm that it was in stock and then held it at customer service until we could drive 30 minutes to get there.Customer service saved Christmas for us!”
