“I’ve dealt with lower back pain for about a year and tried multiple pillows to help with sleep. I stopped by the Tempur-Pedic store in Summerlin and met Kim, who provided outstanding customer service from day one. Her knowledge and genuine care made me confident I’d return when I was ready to buy.
Almost a year later, we purchased the Smart Pro Base since we already had an Tempur-pedic mattress and WE absolutely LOVE it. We wake up feeling truly rested, and it’s honestly hard to get out of bed because of how relaxed our bodies feel.

“Our current store down the street in Silverado Ranch is temporarily closed until July 29th but George is still handling all of our business just the same! Answered all questions, were super patient and let us test out the options to find our “forever” beds and ones with memory foam at a cheaper price for guest beds as well. There was no pressure and no rush to buy from them. If you get the chance to do the 0% interest with their financing option I highly recommend it! It’s worth it and their FirmCare warranty for 10 yrs is definitely recommended if you plan to get an adjustable smart base. Best bed purchasing experience ever. “Purchased a mattress last week at the Nellis location. The salesman Adam was there. He was amazing! He gave us all information on the brands we were looking at, helped us weigh the pros and cons of each and what would be best for our needs. No hurrying or hard sell just so down-to-earth and courteous. Mattress was due to be delivered tomorrow but I called him today just to see if they had received it in there warehouse and if so if they could deliver it today. He checked on it and called me back 5 minutes later and said it would be here this afternoon. I couldn't believe he acted so quickly and got it done. Amazing service! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for any style or level of mattress. If you are a veteran, they also give a discount. Just ask!”
