“I should have written this review a few months ago, but the owner of this place has amazing customer service skills. I booked the wrong cage and he fixed it for me with no issues and no additional charge. That was on top of me being 10 minutes late to my session due to an accident/traffic on the freeway, which he accommodated as well . My son loved the cage itself and the machines provided were also great! We literally had no issues. The facility was clean and everyone was just very kind and helpful. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place and will definitely be booking again.”

“How can I even start this comment? I had been searching for a week all over Florida for this jersey of my favorite team, and one night I decided to look online. Most stores wouldn’t deliver until May, and I needed it before Saturday the 26th. When I found this store, I checked the product description codes and they looked legit, so I ordered it on Easter Sunday, and today it arrived. Shipping was super fast, and when I saw the jersey I loved it—it’s completely authentic. I think the price, shipping cost, and product quality were all excellent. Thank you so much!”

“This location is inside the Galleria Mall. Main floor at the bottom of the escalator. They have some of the best prices compared to some shoe stores Ive been to. And If you are signed up as a member. You can earn points for cash towards shoes. Also. Members get awesome discounts and bonuses. This location is fairly small , always busy, and long lines. The cashiers are not so friendly too. Overall. Its a decent store.”
“I usually come around here time to time to pick up some Packers and Angels T-shirt's. I usually wait around after the NFL season ends because a lot of the shirts I get are on sale. Although a lot of the Angel shirts are rare to find on sale, it's always great to get help from the staff here in general”

The associates are nice and I believe the lady's name is lorri, she was very sweet. I think I will make this my big 5 spot. I just wish Big 5 in general would lower their ammo prices. They are so overpriced.”

“I was on the hunt for a Chicago Blackhawks t-shirt on Saturday before the Golden Knights/Blackhawks game. I'm from Chicago, but all of my Blackhawks shirts have seen better days and have been reduced to pajama shirts. I usually just watch hockey in the comfort of my home, but I was invited to a watch party for this game, so I wanted to rep the Blackhawks in something other than an old, ratty t-shirt. I didn't anticipate such a hard time when searching for a Blackhawks shirt. In my native Chicago, Blackhawks shirts are available at basically every store and sometimes even gas stations. I live in the northwest, so I began my search by calling Blackhawks bars to see if they sold merchandise. No luck. I then called several different hockey/sports stores. No luck. I finally struck gold (or so I thought) at a different store at the Galleria. However, despite having Blackhawks shirts, they failed to mention they old had youth sizes. As I left that store, they suggested I check out Lids Locker Room. I was in a foul mood at this point (as I had been to two different malls and driven 40 minutes from home to Henderson) when I entered Lids Locker Room. The employees were friendly right off the bat and showed me that they had both hat and t-shirt options. I couldn't believe my eyes. I went with a t-shirt. It came with a relatively steep pricetag of $30, but I didn't care at that point. I can't think of a reason that I'd need to return to a Lids location, but if I did, I'd make the trek to Henderson again to visit this store.”

“If I could give ten stars they'd get them. I love working with the team at Basic Sports. I've had them outfit two completely different sports and they came through for me both times. Most importantly, the high school athletes, boys and girls loved the uniforms and that's what really counts. Good price, excellent communications, and deliver on-time. “I have to applaud this store. I went in and had a memorial hat done on a Calfire hat that is honestly not replaceable. These hats are not available to civilians at all because Calfire hats and uniforms are detailed only to personal. So this was beyond a big ask for them to do. I trusted them with a very important item and she did a perfect job.
Having his Rank Name and Calfire Base he was stationed to and Super Huey he was on.
Walked in ask her for what i wanted done for the lettering and 45mins later i couldn't have asked for a better result. The girl there very understanding heard me out and did a remarkable job. I wish i would have got her name. This was done Sunday Aug 27th at around 12:30pm.
