“Literally the whole process has been so amazing. Colleen and Alain really made my dream come true. I have always wanted a Pomeranian and they made it happen. They also introduced me to their food which has enhanced the life of my 10 year old shih-poo. They also have kept me up to date the entire time. She came from Missouri. And the love and care I've seen them give her 10/10 treatment. I'm so grateful I went with this store. They genuinely care about the puppies health and well being and that they go to good homes. I highly recommend them this family business for your next baby dog.”
“Took our husky here. She has horrible shedding and they deshedded her and made her a whole new dog-and she smells great! I’m impressed how kind they were even though our husky completely covered them and the place in hair. Their service is quick and they are so kind! Staff are always greeting with a smile. Couldn’t recommend them more.”
“Not the best supply. Inventory is always off or out of basic options the other stores stock. Pricing is off, 2 single bags cheaper than 1 larger bag of food of equal volume type of stuff. You ask for inventory, week to months later supply doesn’t change. Good franchise, but this store isn’t as tip top as the others.”
“We love the self washing tubs! Have everything you need and worth it to avoid the hassle of bathing at home. Our aussiedoodle mix needs to be groomed often and isn't the best behaved but Ann and Dixie are amazing! They do an amazing job everytime.”

“I recently bought a house and the very first, must do thing, was to get a doggie door installed. I found Isaac on Facebook and knew immediately that he was the only one to get things done. OMG WOW!!! The new door is amazing and solid and secure! The construction of the door itself is extremely good. Isaac even moved an electrical outlet...no one was electrocuted during installation ;) I had several colors to choose from and it blends with the house. We saved the piece of wall (just in case) and Isaac cleaned up and made it all pretty before he left! I can't say enough great things. Highly recommend!!”

I started building this terrarium thing, it’s like a new hobby because I’m pushing 40 whatever, I enjoy it.
The staff here is incredible, specifically I think the guys name is Isaiah. Glasses long hair. This man, knew the answer, to literally every question I asked. Terrarium is healthy and happy after 2 months. Honestly finna build another, and it is the only place I’m going for supplies and advice.”

The only feedback I have is: when, offering, add-ons, or upgrades for service, give the client an estimate before. I was a bit taken aback by the total when I went to pick him up.”
“I’m new to the Henderson area and I’m so glad I picked Lulu’s! When I walked in I can tell the environment was calm and not stressful to dogs. My dogs are the type that get anxiety from salons especially when there’s other dogs barking and crying. I asked for them to maintain their long hair but take out the matting. They were able to keep the length without shaving all their hair off to take out the matting. When I picked them up they were dressed up in hats and a bandana. So happy with the results!”
“MS. Heart Breaker is a fully coated Havaneese and requires allot of TLC. We found that at Perfect Paws! I cannot thank you enough for all you do to keep her Looking and Smelling her best. We come 2x's a month to be pampered...the outfits you sell are so cute. Her wardrobe closet is almost as big as mine! You make us feel so special..Sunday dogwalks are the best too!! “I adopted a mini schnauzer from the animal foundation just over 2 years ago and she came with a lot of trauma responses, from what seems like obvious abuse prior to me adopting her. She was terrified of people. After talking to a few groomers around this area, I entrusted a Petsmart groomer named Brandy and she's done such a great job with Elsa, that I've been taking her to see Brandy ever since. She's so kind and gentle and does a great job on her "schnauzer cut".”

“Visited this location a few days ago. I’m looking for a puppy, but not in a rush. I also wanted to visit the different shops to see selections, ask my questions, see the puppies and find out what the price also includes besides the animal.
When I walked in the store, I noticed no weird or yucky smells. The store was very clean. Each puppy had its own enclosure that was also very clean. Even the puppies were clean, cute and looked healthy. I looked at the Teddy Bear puppy. As soon as I saw the price, my mouth dropped open. This was definitely the most expensive prices I’ve seen. I asked what the price includes and the employee listed, food, food schedule, micro chip fee, kennel, spay/neuter fee, potty training kit snd lifetime training classes. There were some health guarantees included, but I can’t remember those details. I could be forgetting a few more perks. A friend told me training classes separately can be $1000.00 + all by itself. They definitely seem to set you up for success.
This location seemed to offer healthy, clean pups with all the extras you’ll need when you take your pup home. It didn’t feel like a puppy mill to me, but I wouldn’t know what to look for if it did. Petland in Henderson might be on my list of shops I might get my new roommate from.”
“The staff at the Stephanie Street location is always very welcoming and helpful. When a product is out of stock, they go out of there way to aquire the item. They treat my dogs like family. They greet my dogs by name and are very personable. Additionally, my dogs get excited when I tell them it is time to go to camp. We appreciate the PetSmart team.”
