“Went to get some food for my families dog for the first time myself. Was told to get the turkey flavor. Walked in and it was very quite and peaceful inside. I was instantly greeted by a lovely woman and her daughter, really wished I would have gotten her name. She was very helpful and welcoming. I did not realize there were multiple sizes so was unsure of what to get. She helped me out by searching through my families past orders to get the right size they normally order. I was very pleased and appreciated the help and wish I could have named the lady who helped me because she was so sweet and deserves recognition. The quality of the food is amazing and the additional products seem very good as well. Look forward to stopping by again!”

The only feedback I have is: when, offering, add-ons, or upgrades for service, give the client an estimate before. I was a bit taken aback by the total when I went to pick him up.”

“This spot is our favorite doggy spa spot for self-service wash!! Depending on the day, the wash bays become available fairly quickly and for $15 they provide everything you need, soap, brushes, ear cleaner, towels and a lil perfume for some extra smell good!! The dryers are pretty powerful but with only 3 tables there can often be a wait but people are pretty respectful and the rotation moves fast! They also have treats and other dog supplies within the store, and staff is always very friendly and happy to assist with anything you need! Oh did I also mention you get to see some pretty adorable dogs while you're there! And they are usually all so well behaved!!”

“Drianna is very experienced, professional and so awesome. She has bathed and groomed both of my Bouvier Des Flounders pups and Drianna did such an amazing job! Drianna was so good with them and patient. My girls are big dogs but she did them and me proud. “Had everything i needed to start off my saltwater aquarium on the good note. Usually visit the location on s eastern but this one was closer. Everyone gives petco a bad rep but aquarium and aquatics in general is a expensive hobby and you need to know what you want in the end not depend on peto for a one size fits all answer. Come prepared with what your looking for only thing that has some issues is adjusting your new fish to your environment. Petco have a very laxed return policy for aquatics if your parameters are in proper care. I have only had one unfortunately pass due to stress but do not blame peto in any way cause it was very energetic when i chose it. But with price matching to their website, some hardy discounts of aquatic stuff, and friendly staff its been my go to for any maintaince chemicals needed.”

“We've been bringing our dog here now for a few months for grooming and training. Everyone's always been super friendly. We've completed puppy level one training and just started puppy level two training. Our puppy has learned a lot and he loves going. Jacie is our trainer and she's knowledgeable and friendly. The grooming services have been great as well. We've had Savanna and Maria and both are good. Our puppy always smells and looks great. We've always had good experiences and he's done usually within the hour. Never had any problems with them so not sure what's with all the bad reviews. We will continue to go as our experiences have been nothing but great!”
