“Let me preface this by saying that I am a "city girl." I needed some straw for my feral cat bedding. Tracto Supply was recommended, and I made the trek across town. I was totally out of my element when I walked in the store. They had stuff that I have never seen before and I'm old!!With that said, a lovely associate asked me if I needed help. Oh, heck yes. Sheri Ann (?) was so darn helpful. She led me to the straw and explained the two different options for the bales of straw where I was able to get exactly what I needed. I told her that I'd never been in the store before and she made me feel welcome and did not judge me. She was awesome as she explained that the store really comes alive in March when all the new chicks, ducks and turkeys arrive. I could clearly see she enjoyed her job which was so refreshing to see.I checked out with a lady named Lorene who was just as hospitable and welcoming. It was a great experience, and I will be back when I need more equipment for my household animals. The prices are very competitive with the PetSmart and PetCo.Excellent customer service today by Sheri and Lorene!”

“I've been coming to Las Vegas Aquariums for about 2 years now and have not had a bad experience. Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with answering your questions. I would say if you are a beginner or experienced keeper of both fresh/salt water fish, they have stuff for everyone. You might have to wait a bit for help, but they make sure to let you know they haven't forgotten about you. Give them a visit, and I know you won't regret it.”

“The sweetest owner ever! She was so friendly and welcoming when I first walked thru the door. I was shocked to see how much stuff was in the store despite its exterior being small. I got some treats for my dogs and it was having a sale and I didn't have an email with them so she used her own to make sure I can get the deal. But she was so lovely and was so happy to assist me and explain to me how the monthly newsletter go about and how the loyalty system works. I will definitely come back to grab more treats and shop here for my dog food!”

“The employees at this store are all super helpful and friendly. They respond fast when you need assistance on an aisle, and from my experience, they are all very knowledgeable. The selection was pretty good, and they'll often have some good deals when you go inside. My most recent visit I was able to pretty much get 50% off everything from the sale items they usually put on display when you walk-in. I had a coupon and didn't even need to use it so I just left it for someone else who may be able to and the cashier was super helpful and patient forgot his name but he was super cool! I definitely prefer this location over the one on Stephanie st. there's a few nice people in there too but this green valley location never misses for me.”

“I love Three Dog Bakery's dog cakes! Traditionally my pups get a cake for their birthday and if you want your pup's name on it - be sure to order in advance (72 hours). The Peanut Butter cake is always a hit and this time I got the carrot cake - also a hit. What's great is the cake lasts for 2 weeks even though a pup would never let it last that long! I usually have my two share it over the course of a week as a nice topper to their regular meals. The owner is so friendly! I love supporting our local businesses because of great owners!”

“My first time at Doggie Den.I knew when I arrived there that this was the place for Boss, my fur babies. Very kind and Boss took to them right away. Boss didn't try and follow me out, like he didn't want to be there. Your pet will let you know if they get bad vibes. Boss Had Good vibes. I felt comfortable with leaving Boss with them. Unlike pet smart..I will never ever leave my pet in there care. 3-4 hrs for a hair cut. And Boss? My son as I call him..nvm you get my drift.The owner trusted me to leave with Boss to get cash out the bank. That's what you get when you have good vibes. Try that with pet smart..they want your birth certificate, son addy...moms.x husband's uncle sista in law 2 and 3rd cousin info. “I found 2 kittens abandoned by their mother recently. They seemed to be ok health wise but I wanted to get them their necessary shots and to get them fixed. The problem was just not having extra money to do so. I contacted the SPCA and talked to Abby. She is currently working with me to get them scheduled for these services. These people who work at the SPCA really care about the well being of all animals and about trying to find forever homes for pets that for whatever reason don't currently have good homes to live in. I plan on adopting these 2 kittens permanently and Abby is a huge part of making that happen.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE. They totally SPOILED my pup. I was nervous to take my baby to a new place as it was urgent for him to get groomed. They were able to get me in same day since someone previously cancelled their appointment. When I walked in, the shop was clean, customer service was great and if I wanted to stay for 2 hours to watch my dog get groomed I would be able to since it's all glass in there. I did leave to run errands and I was so amazed and relieved that my dog was being treated like a king he is, they sent me texts and pictures of my baby while he was getting the FREE VIP treatment upgrades since it was his first time there. The price for the groom was reasonable for the quality work they provided. I did leave a tip for them so out the door I paid around $140. I do have a large breed (golden retriever) so that's also a factor in the price as well :)) I do recommend this place and I will be returning! Thank you, Spoiled Pup LV!!!--”
