The daytime stockers are usually polite and helpful most times except my last trip 1 of the stockers was very rude, unfriendly, almost ran into me, and stopped to glare at us - guess he thought we were in his way, as he tried to pass us with his empty stock cart to go the stockroom.”

“Idk why I’ve never given Costco pharmacy a chance before. I’ve been on meds for over 20 years and deal through other pharmacies, it’s always a headache, just today I called a few (even my own) and it was a headache, I called Costco to get a quote for a new med I need and the pharmacy tech Fasnie was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. Wow. I’m just impressed. If they are this kind and knowledgeable over the phone, I can’t imagine when I arrive there. Thank you!”

“I had recently moved from another state and found Drug Plus Pharmacy, Henderson, Nevada to be near my home. It was most convenient for me to pick up my prescription from them. Transfer of prescriptions was as smooth as it can get. Once it was done, the pharmacist discussed each medicine with me in detail. It was an eye-opening experience for me to say the least.Even though they have the knowledge of prescription drugs, the kind of skills they possess show in everything they do. However, I wouldn't mind some extra parking spaces on my next visit. Keep it up.”

“Sharone and her staff are extremely kind and always 99% stocked. Yes, they put us in hold from time to time but that's because they're always understaffed, nevertheless, I get my meds within the day I've called to get my schedule meds, where unlike all the other past pharmacies I've used, they have never been out of stock on my most important medicines since they opened about 3yrs ago. Also Sharone goes far and beyond the scope of her abilities as the manager of this location, which is gratefully less than half a mile from my home.”

“Great little pharmacy. I went here initially because it was down the street. We moved, but I still go here because I really like the employees and they actually answer the phone when you call! Shocking, I know. I have two very minor frustrations- they all take lunch at the same time so the pharmacy is closed fr 1:30-2. It would be really nice if they could stagger their lunch breaks and just be open that time. I’ve forgotten and come then and it’s just annoying. The other thing (which is not really their fault), is that because it’s a smaller pharmacy, they don’t always have every medication available that day. They’re usually really fast in ordering it, but sometimes there will be a day delay or you need to transfer that rx to a larger pharmacy. Overall, great place. I totally recommend”

“We just recently moved from PA to NV and I developed a very itchy rash from touching a plant in our yard. Alex was incredibly helpful giving me direction on what type of OTC med/cream would work best. He went above and beyond to make sure I had an icepack to help with the excessive itching. We decided to transfer our prescriptions to Walmart as the service here was way better and faster than the Henderson Walgreens!”
