The daytime stockers are usually polite and helpful most times except my last trip 1 of the stockers was very rude, unfriendly, almost ran into me, and stopped to glare at us - guess he thought we were in his way, as he tried to pass us with his empty stock cart to go the stockroom.”

“Idk why I’ve never given Costco pharmacy a chance before. I’ve been on meds for over 20 years and deal through other pharmacies, it’s always a headache, just today I called a few (even my own) and it was a headache, I called Costco to get a quote for a new med I need and the pharmacy tech Fasnie was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me.
Wow. I’m just impressed.
If they are this kind and knowledgeable over the phone, I can’t imagine when I arrive there.

“We just recently moved from PA to NV and I developed a very itchy rash from touching a plant in our yard. Alex was incredibly helpful giving me direction on what type of OTC med/cream would work best. He went above and beyond to make sure I had an icepack to help with the excessive itching. We decided to transfer our prescriptions to Walmart as the service here was way better and faster than the Henderson Walgreens!”

“Mheg, Lan and the entire pharmacy staff are the best! We have been going to this location since we moved here years ago and have not looked back. While this is a retail pharmacy, it has a small town feel. Lan and Mheg are never too busy (even though they have piles of scripts to fill) to answer any questions we have and provide counseling on new meds when necessary. They are just a really kind, compassionate team of professionals that I trust with my family’s care.”

“This particular CVS is just probably one of the most friendly and efficient stores that I have ever shopped at. I started shopping there many years ago and had my favorite go to people that worked there and then they left for other stores as they climbed up the corporate ladder. For a little while it seemed different but now I feel like it’s just smooth sailing and I love every person that works there. They’re so kind so helpful. They seem like they’re always in a good mood. Happy to help us in anyway possible. I’ve never had a problem with the pharmacy. I think they’re fantastic and I’m just very happy with the store in general. It’s very clean and it has everything that you could want.”
