2722 North Green Valley Parkway, Henderson NV 89014
“The neighborhood post office that is always great to visit! Although older and with an inefficient layout it is well organized and clean. All mailing equipment is well stocked right at the entry way and the packing area is frequently busy. The highlight though is the staff: always friendly, helpful for most efficient ways to ship, and recognized regulars. It's well worth the extra drive to come to this location!”

“Outstanding Customer Service! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Henderson post office location. Even though there was a wait, the gentleman working at the front desk was so amazing, professional, and efficient that the lines moved quickly. Watching his exceptional customer service created a very welcoming and calming environment. I didn’t mind waiting at all because of how well the customers were treated. This location truly sets the standard for excellent service!”

“Wow! Today, I received incredibly kind and helpful customer service from a USPS counter clerk named Precious. I lost my mail key, and she was so gracious, insightful, and supportive. My husband and I have been stressed because our medication is in the mailbox, and we couldn't access it. She precisely explained what to write on my yellow note to the mail carrier so he would bring our mail to the post office and have it ready for pickup within 1.5 days. She also thoroughly explained the next steps for receiving a copy of our new keys. The process was quick, painless, and simple. We appreciate your help, Precious!”

“Well in my 11 years of being in Henderson and using this location for both personal and business needs I have NEVER had a bad experience with shipments, customer service or parking. The task these people do on a daily basis in getting packages form point A to point B in a speedy fashion for the most part is amazing. not sure why people have given them a low rating based on limited interaction, just think of the pure volume customer and request they get on a daily basis and ask yourself could you handle with grace 8 hours a day.”
