I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Henderson post office location. Even though there was a wait, the gentleman working at the front desk was so amazing, professional, and efficient that the lines moved quickly. Watching his exceptional customer service created a very welcoming and calming environment. I didn’t mind waiting at all because of how well the customers were treated. This location truly sets the standard for excellent service!”
“Well in my 11 years of being in Henderson and using this location for both personal and business needs I have NEVER had a bad experience with shipments, customer service or parking. The task these people do on a daily basis in getting packages form point A to point B in a speedy fashion for the most part is amazing. not sure why people have given them a low rating based on limited interaction, just think of the pure volume customer and request they get on a daily basis and ask yourself could you handle with grace 8 hours a day.”

“I did just move to the area but the 3 times I have went I was met with such great attitudes at this location. Will be the only location I ship out from.
Just want to update from this review. THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION! Those ladies are the absolute best! I’ve never had a bad experience here.
Shoutout to Las Vegas Postal Service as a whole. While I see multiple day delays at major hubs across the country on a consistent bases (Miami area looking at you) Vegas has never let me down. Whoever has this ship running right…. Can you do it for the rest of the country?”
