I was a bit early for my appointment so CJ wasn't there yet, but Jared was able to pull up the car and go through a lot of it with me prior to my test drive. John, the head of maintenance, and his team took care of some interior vinyl that shouldn't have been there and looked at some electrical quirks. Finally, Jamie in finance was very helpful and made the paperwork process pretty smooth.”

“I read the reviews prior to deciding to go there and purchase a car I spotted on their website. Was greeted with much curtesy at the desk and the greeter said he was the manager. It was a busy day (Saturday) and I was told someone would be available to assist me in about 15 minutes after which, Lamar - a sales representative - came to my table and asked me if there was a specific car I was interested in. He stated straight upfront that the price I saw on the website is a set price which has already been discounted by about $3,000. He answered all my questions; I felt no pressure at all; went for a test drive and a couple of hours later I was driving the car home.
