Truly absurd, no sense of urgency, VERY long wait times, self service kiosk rarely ever works which would improve the service greatly. This business is an absolute mess

bad service horrible employees they’re worse than dmv employees

Never answers the phone! They frequently lose packages, their parcel lockers are always stuck, can’t get your packages out.
They really need new management here!
I’m not sure why companies are still going through USPS for deliveries they should be sticking with FedEx or UPS
