They used to be good a long time ago it's one of the worst Banks to deal with they waste so much of your time on the phone just to get simple things done I don't recommend any business people ever use Wells Fargo again

Ask for Jordan at this bank branch for any of your banking needs. I found all of the staff at this location to be quite knowledgeable & accommodating in helping us to secure a safe deposit box during our recent visit on March 6th & March 9th, 2026.

Zero customer service at this Bank. 5 persons working and nobody can help me to open checking account, because I need to have appointment! And no single customer at this bank. WOW!!!!! Supervisor Kayla could care less about me giving a bad review. She told me to go ahead and do it.
