This is such a dumb idea. Why would you have a new 15 item limit and only open one cashier? The self checkout is empty and now you still want to complain even though I’m doing your job by ringing myself up? And at the same time you only open one line so it can back up?

It would be a lot better if they found a way to fix this incessant electronic humming over their speaker system. It's been a problem for a long time, as in months or years.
