“Bought a great 997 that had the key to the wheel locks. Went to have some work performed that required removing two wheels only to find out that the key provided did not work. Drove over to Porsche and they were so nice and were quick to resolve my safety issue by removing the locks and installing proper lugs for me. I was really impressed and now I feel safe with my car.”

2 stars for them using FedEx as the shipper. FedEx would not leave the parts on the porch as they said the value was too high and it would get stolen. FedEx tried twice during normal work hours(11am) to deliver with no one home. Duh, I work those hours. Third try the driver finally called me and left the parts with the neighbor down the street. No, I don't have anywhere else to ship things to. No, I don't want to bother my neighbors with deliveries. FedEx is terrible. Battle Born, pleas consider changing shipping companies”

“It's a workshop that works on Shelbys, but it has a small store with various items from the brand and a small museum with beautiful cars. You can visit everything for free. All cars are in excellent condition, and there are some very rare models. I recommend the visit!
The location has parking and is very close to Las Vegas airport. If I'm not mistaken, you can pay $10 to take a guided tour, which seems like an excellent deal for enthusiasts.”

“A rock lodged in right front brake causing a scratching noise. Service appointment was at scheduled time and problem was corrected by a highly trained and courteous technician. Only other contact with the service department has been for oil changes that are always performed at the scheduled time. Service personnel are always courteous and professional.”

I went in for a routine 50k maintenance that's was going to be around 1k and happened to run into my sales associate Caroline who sold me my last Volvo and inquired about a promotional letter I had received about trading in for a 2026.
I have such anxiety around the car dealership dynamic and because of Caroline we managed to effortlessly have me drive off the lot in a 2026 model I am in love with.
Caroline is the ONLY person who I have felt
so at ease and real with zero dynamics
of haggling and back and forth.
She along with her staff, the service staff and Venecia the finance mgr were fantastic.
I felt at home and appreciated being a loyal Volvo customer and can't thank everyone enough.

“They did a nice job on repairing my back door but now the window doesn't roll down so l have to call Monday and go all the way back there and be without my car again for them to fix it
Suggest for future when you put the panel doors back you check the window to make sure it works.
Also they never called when my car was done.
I didn't even know it was sitting for 2 days until the rental car place called and said l was supposed to bring my car back because caliber let them know my car was done.
To inconvenience your customers like this is unexcusable for the amount of money repairs cost.
Now l have to wait 2 days before they open again just to make an appointment to get my window working again.
I called Monday and they fixed my window right away
