Cars are clean, smell nice, and drive well. Vehicle upgrades sometimes occur at no charge. The parking garage for returns is very busy and can be a nightmare, with limited parking on the designated level. A key drop box is available on the 3rd level for after-hours returns. Cars may not come with a full tank of gas.

Four stars as the car I had reserved was unavailable (got a sedan instead of an SUV) but the staff member who helped me was friendly and was able to get me into the car quickly.

Key drop box located on the 3rd level. Upon arrival, park in the reserved spot on that level and simply leave the key in the box after office hours
