About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Las Vegas is well-regarded for its convenient location and customer service. Many customers have praised the staff for their helpfulness and friendliness, particularly highlighting a standout employee for going the extra mile to assist with lost items. The cars available, like the fun Dodge Ram V8 Hemi, are generally described as great and fairly priced. However, some reviews mention issues with the check-in process, noting that the counter can be hard to find and that one employee was disorganized, causing delays. There were also concerns about billing errors, but customer service was responsive in resolving issues. Overall, Avis Car Rental is seen as a reliable choice for car rentals in Las Vegas.
