Second time to book at this location. It is accessed from outside of the hotel. The garage is accessed from the Bellagio lobby. Both times have gone smooth - I reserve online and just swinging by to pick up the keys.
The key drop box is on the south end of the garage near the stairs. See photo.

The lady at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. I got upgraded to a SUV which ended up being very useful driving to Zion in heavy winds
