We forgot to make a car reservation. Early in the morning lady at the desk saved our day figuring out the situation. We took Toyota Crown marked as Premium. Whole process took around 15mins and we were good to go. Clean car, everything went smooth. I encourage you to take at least premium If plan to travel to AZ or UT.

We stopped at center strip location to fix a reservation issue as we we’re unable to get anyone in the phone. But Maria was an amazing service agent! She helped us sort out our issues without having to go back to the airport. And she had a lovely personality but also very capable and professional!!
