Counter is next to the Starbucks in front of the resorts world theatre, make a right walking towards the event center doors.Return the car on 5th level of self parking, you have to get a ticket to get inside the parking structure but you won't need to deal with the ticket after you drop off the car.

It’s just one person at a desk. If there are others, there can be quite the wait. But the people were very friendly!
