“January 2025: Simple and smooth reservation process. Great location downtown. I made my reservation online (same day), and I liked the 2024 Kia Soul-- modern, low mileage, great sound system w/Android Auto + folding down seats were great for storage.
I needed the car for an extra day and the customer service line worked it out quickly.
UPDATE (December 2025): I rented from Budget last week and had another positive experience. Rosario & Carlito were very helpful and I got a Nissan Versa this time. At ~$32/day, my 3-day rental came out to about $140. I drove to SoCal and back and had no issues with the vehicle.”

“This team has earned five starts because we experienced five star service. Amazing cars and terrific people making it all happen. My husband enjoyed the lambo immensely.. with that being said for you folks out there thinking that 800.00 for a four hour ride is a good deal it is. Unfortunately that’s not what you’ll be paying. There’s so many taxes and fees added on to the final costs. We’re talking thousands not hundred. It was worth the money no doubt. So now you know.”

“Excellent Service by Manager on site! We visit Las Vegas yearly and had never used Alamo before. This past July 2025 we needed a specific vehicle as we travel all over Nevada plotting old abandoned mines. Our reservation with Avis got lost and it was Saturday (busiest day to rent a vehicle).
So we went into Alamo hoping for a miracle and they made it happen. Gentlemen at the counter got us setup with a Jeep within 20 minutes and made our day, THANK YOU TO THAT FRIENDLY GENTLEMAN WORKING COUNTER THAT SATURDAY JULY 19TH?
Unfortunately, on our second day of using our rental, we had some minor issues with our Jeep and drove back to rental building and within 15 minutes the manager handed over a new Jeep Rubicon and noted a discount for our inconveniences which was a great gesture on his behalf. We will only use Alamo Rental next summer 2026 visit!

“If you're in town this is the place too rent an exotic. The whole process went super smooth from start to finish. Being a Canadian resident it isn't the easiest renting higher end vehicles and this is the only place that will allow you too.

“We rented the DelMar and spent 9 days roaming and camping in Nevada, Arizona and California. Had our 14 and 15 year old grandkids with us and they loved having their separate loft space. We had an amazing experience! Only drawback - the van is a huge step up / step down and I am 5’ 1”. Highly recommend a step stool if you are short or have creaky joints!”
“Picked up car near Vegas airport. Counter was busy, but plenty of staff so minimal wait time. Next staff person looked at my ticket, asked how service was at the counter, and directed me to my choice of cars. Leaving the lot, a young lady checked my ID, asked how the customer service has been, and wished me a nice day. Upon return, a young man named Eric checked my mileage, asked how the car was for me, and directed me to shuttle to terminal. From start to finish a smooth experience by polite caring staff. Highly recommend.”
“Honestly one of the easiest most fastest processes I've been through, very respectful staff and understanding when it came to my unfortunate late return of the vehicle. There was no hassle getting my deposit back nor any concern of pricing. It was definitely worth the amount paid for the days and I definitely will be renting from them again soon. “At first I had a nightmare experience was given a rental that should never of been given to anyone was convinced to get extra insurance because it a different car and I’m not familiar with it, representative said to get it for at least 3 days then we could reevaluate and if I felt I didn’t need we could take it off. The rental has break issues and acceleration issues. I was so upset contacted my insurance, & texted Enterprise with outrage, Called them next morning spoke Tristan the rep that assisted me initially, exchanged the car. Then 2 days later saw another charge for the insurance he automatically charged it with out reaching out to me I text him told him to stop all and any charges. 7 days later another charge. Called Enterprise and luckily I spoke to a manager, Ms. Jazz explained the situation and wrongful charges of the insurance. Then told her of my horrible experience and she apologized sincerely. My experience with Jazz’s sincere concern and apology was enough to turn me around to a positive outcome and knowing they really do care about their customers. I will be returning and KNOW IF ANY OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT REPRESENTING ENTERPRISE WITH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTIFY THEIR MANAGER THEY WILL MAKE RIGHT. Thank you Jazz”

“A must do while in Vegas! What a fun day! The electric cars were a great way to drive the scenic loop at Red Rock. Our group of ten found the cars easy to drive after a short instruction and practice drive. The staff was beyond great. Brandy was excellent with making our arrangements and some last minute changes. Loved meeting and talking with them. I would highly recommend this activity through this group. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Car was nice & clean. Had an airbag fault. I tried texting with the customer service folks. That was pointless. Not a reflection of this location though. They knocked a couple bucks off when I returned the vehicle and apologized sincerely.”
“I had to rent a car through Enterprise at this location after I got into a collision, and my experience here was great from start to finish. My insurance was covering the cost of the rental, which can sometimes be a little confusing to navigate, but Zach took the time to clearly explain how everything worked. He was patient, friendly, and made sure I understood the process before moving forward, which I really appreciated.
The car I received was a Toyota Camry, and it was in excellent condition. It was clean inside and out, smelled fresh, and was ready to go when I picked it up. It ended up being the perfect vehicle for my needs, whether I was driving to work, running errands, or checking out dealerships while shopping for a new car. The car handled well and was very reliable the entire time I had it.
When it was time to return the car, the process was quick, simple, and completely stress free. The staff made sure everything was squared away right away, and I was on my way within minutes. After I dropped off the car, Zach remembered I had mentioned I was car shopping and would be without a vehicle again. He told me Enterprise sells cars and even reached out to a nearby Enterprise location to see what they had available in case I wanted to take a look. I did not end up getting a car from them, but I genuinely appreciated the gesture. I am not sure if it was meant as a sales pitch, but it did not come across that way. It really felt like he was just trying to help out, and that made a positive impression on me.
Overall, the entire rental process here was smooth, and the customer service I received was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental car, whether it is through insurance or on their own.”
