Exemplary Toto Store...and the Service beyond impeccable if that's possible!!! Their honoring of Warranties is The Business Model that other Corporations should follow... I have been going there at least 10 years now...and will always recommend them as the #1 choice.

So refreshing to work with a local place that actually has a showroom and stock on hand. Highly recommend if you are looking to see Toto products in person. Will do business with them again.

I couldn't be happier! My wife and I recently purchased a high tech bidet from Bill Williams at Central Arizona Supply. The device works great but I could not figure out one of the features. Mr. Williams did some research on the issue and very promptly solved my problem. They provided great customer service. A hidden gem.
