My only issue and why this isn't a 5-star review is an issue with the zip file viewing process that wasn't made clear and I had to do my own research but other than that fantastic service.”

Came to this location and they were professional, friendly and helpful. They didn’t have my exact size screen protector in stock so showed me an alternative one that was slightly different but fit.”

“I went to find the fathers day gift. My husband wants the shoks bonephones bluetooth. They had them on display. The employees very friendly and helpfull. He's helped us several times, starting with a dead battery for my old HP laptop, to ordering a power unit for a Samsung 34" monitor, to moving files from my dying desktop to a newer (still used but faster) desktop. Always with a smile, and never with any kind of "oh, no, it's THEM again" attitude. Great prices, too.”

“Douglas helped me with my iPhone 16 plus and offered excellent professional service and information leading to my purchase.
I did however receive a not so friendly welcoming from an associate, who seemed to have a bit of an attitude and tone with me, at the front of the store. Apples market cap is in the trillions that treatment shouldn’t happen to a respectful paying customer and has no place in the brands legacy. I very much regret having to leave this second part of my review.”
