About Desert 215 Superstore - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Desert 215 Superstore is a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership serving the Las Vegas community with a diverse inventory of new and used vehicles. Customers report positive experiences with the sales process, describing consultants as knowledgeable, not pushy, and going above and beyond. The finance department is also noted as easy to work with. In the service department, staff members receive high praise for being awesome, fantastic, and for providing great service. They are commended for effectively diagnosing issues, fixing unique problems others could not, and completing necessary repairs that make vehicles feel like new. Specific commendations include staff who resolved long-standing recall issues after others could not. However, a significant drawback noted by customers is excruciating wait times for both appointments and service completion. The service is highly recommended, but the delays are a consistent point of criticism in an otherwise positive dealership experience.
