Other than not being able to talk to a human, all the staff going to lunch at the same time, not having the vehicle i reserved available and not having a shuttle to the airport 1 mile away...its a 4/5 stars. :D

Ariana is simply the best manager I've encountered in Las Vegas—attentive, smart, and truly a quality manager. Dollar, Hertz, and Trift are all very well supported by this manager.
