“My husband Robert and I just relocated to North Las Vegas. Having relinquished all our furniture to make our move a lot easier, our priority was to first find a bed. Mattress Firm seemed to have been a good place to start. Quality, savings, warranty and guarantee of satisfaction lead us to one of their stores at Crossroads Town Center.
We met with Gregory who walked us through the process of finding exactly what we needed and wanted. His knowledge about all inventory from mattresses right down to beddings was very comprehensive and quite frankly educating and interesting. The years we've invested in buying beds at furniture stores, we never found the reason to keep it with our moves.
By the time we walked out of that particular store, we we're convinced we found exactly what we needed. His knowledge and questions helped immensely and we appreciate all the time he took to help us. "This bed and beddings are a keeper"”

“My go to store for my furniture needs. Most of my furnitures at home came from this store dining room, bedroom, and livung room. What I like about this store is their layaway plan and their competitive price. Had my bedroom set laid away and last minute had to change my mind. I thought it will be a big deal but it turned out ok they replaced my order. There is delivery fee if you can haul it then it is free. We ended up having it delivered for a reasonable price. Set-up fee is already included. Will buy again from this place.”

Seriously, working with John was night and day compared to the uncomfortable experience I had across the street with a competitor. Over there, I felt like just another number—rushed, pushed toward the most expensive options, and no real effort to understand what I actually needed.
From the moment I walked in, John greeted me with a big smile and immediately made me his top priority. He asked questions I hadn’t even thought about—like how I sleep, if I get hot at night, and how plush or firm I prefer my mattress to be. It was clear that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he truly cared about finding me the right mattress. I never once felt pressured or rushed. He encouraged me to take my time and was considerate of my budget; I appreciate that John helped me save money, compared to bigger retail chains that only care about earning top dollar and have awful customer “service.”
What really stood out to me was how much John educated me and even wanted to confirm his answer to one of my questions, and actually called the brand owners or managers to double-check! Just wow. He was so genuine, and the fact that he took his time truly made all the difference. A mattress is a pricy investment, and he left me feeling confident in my decision to buy - and I was just “browsing” today!
I’ve already told my friends and family about him, and I’m definitely sending everyone I know his way. If you want someone who really listens and wants you to love what you’re investing in, John is your guy. This was hands down the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time and I will be a lifelong customer of John’s from now on.”

“As "senior" members of our society, we thought we knew it all. Until we met Aras! He gave us the lowdown on how mattresses are now made. Great info. Aras is very nice, very professional and full of info. So, we went here to try a DreamCloud, the only place in the valley we could find that had one on display. Ended up trying out every single mattress on the showroom floor. Tried some twice or more!! Left the store with a receipt for our new mattress AND the confidence we had bought the perfect one! Then, his delivery guys (Francisco and Eduard) were awesome, very nice and they put our old mattress in the garage where we wanted it. All in all, the best mattress purchase experience ever. Oh, and we ended up with a MLILY chiropractic mattress, along with the MLILY pillows. And yes, we tried out every pillow he had while we were there!! Such a pleasant experience. Will be back for any other furniture needs we may have going forward. (And the new mattress is incredible, pricing can't be beat!!)”
