“We have been clients with BSSI since 2017 and have always had excellent customer service and friendly phone and in-person interactions with the staff there. Any time I’ve called our number to check in the person answering the phone has been friendly and professional. They answer emails quickly, too! Definitely no complaints, and absolutely worth what they charge, which is not much compared to what I would be willing to pay for this quality of service!”

“Excellent service! We had a wonderful experience here, which is something I never thought I would say going to a post office whilst on vacation. Bryce was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We had to get forms notarized and sent via certified and overnight mail. He went above and beyond in explaining the process and cost, he even went so far as to offer to scan and email the forms to us so we had a copy. We had an exceptional experience. We were offered cold bottles of water on a 108 degree day. This family is very personable and kind and you can really tell they care about the community they serve. Thank you all for making a complicated process, simple and enjoyable. Please utilize this family business if you’re in the area, they are so worth it!”

“To the staff at BSSI. I'm a 100% very satisfied with the services providing me. Whenever I'm expecting an important package or mail, the staff notifies me promptly by email or text. All the employees under Debora management are helpful, knowledgeable courteous I live in a retirement community. They take care of their customers, but this is all due to the management qualities I give it five stars if you need to go to UPS this is the store to go to the one in the Smiths, Shopping Center, Rampart and Westlake Mead.”
