After an absolutely awful experience at another location, which I learned later was not a corporate location like this one was, it was so nice to be treated like a human being. Joviane made me feel welcome and provided above and beyond customer service to help me with what I went in for. Going forward this will be the location we return to for all our cell phone needs. “10/10. My iPhone 13 was really messed up and needed the battery and whole back replaced. He quoted me 240 but after looking at it he let me know that there was a software issue too so instead of just fixing what I wanted and having me go home and realize it wasn’t all the way fixed, he was straight up with me. He made sure I didn’t spend unnecessary money & didn’t take advantage. I decided to come back a couple hours later to replace my screen on my old iPhone SE and it was 80$ and done in literally 10 MINUTES! Quick, cheap, and friendly service”
