“Huge shoutout to Gus at Verizon on Windmill & Eastern. We walked in with approximately 47,000 questions, zero clue what we were doing, and enough confusion to power the lights on the strip. Gus was unbelievably patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful through the entire process.
Not only did he answer every single question without making us feel annoying (which honestly deserves an award), but he also helped us get a fantastic deal. “Friday Gennie came to my home after filing claim with assurant from T-Mobile and she was able replace my cracked camera lens. Nice people they left me their business card if I have any issues to give them a direct call. Nice people hopefully when you file a claim and it’s deemed repairable they send this company to do your repairs”
