“This EZPawn is clean and well-managed. From my years of doing business here, I can say that the employees are always friendly, personable, and helpful. I was approaching the shop and noticed an employee outside having a cigarette break. He ended his break, came over, opened the door for me, and assisted me inside. He didn't have to go above & beyond in that simple way because there was another employee inside who could have assisted me. His name is Dominic, and he is one of the sweetest & cutest young men, along with the Manager. All of the employees are ready and happy to assist. The employees are polite, friendly, patient, creative, and handsome. I find him and the Manager to be very handsome and genuine men. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the variety of items that are available in the shop and that people bring in. I have always been given the best advice on my options. They aren't out for my cash; they are out for what's best for my needs at that time. I've noticed over the years that they can't always take the items people bring in, and that they don't speak ill of people/items once they leave. This is a great shop to do business in and wonderful people to do business with. All the best & God bless.”

“I learned about LV Collectibles on eBay. I purchased the CD box set The Fantasy Worlds Of Irwin Allen. The set is television soundtrack music from Irwin Allens shows he produced and created. From Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea to The Time Tunnel. It arrived very quickly and was packed very well no damage at all. When I go to Las Vegas I intend to visit the sellers fine store. I did leave 5 star positive feedback on the sellers eBay store. My compliments to the seller and the staff.”

“I searched 5 yards sales, and went to 3 other pawn stores looking for some speakers for my computer. I stopped at this pawn store, (named SuperPawn here, and yet my receipt says Cash America, and quite frankly I can not remember what was currently on the sign), and saw some speakers with a decent name. I spoke with Levi, a very nice lady working behind the counter, about any limited warranty, (as I live quite a distance from this store and did not want to get home and find out that they do not work.) Levi suggested that we could test the speakers presale.
While I waited for her to come out to help me test the speakers I noticed I had misread the price, making the speakers out of my target price range. When Levi got over to me, I told Levi that I misread the price tag, I went on to look up the price online and felt I could not purchase them as the price tag did not reflect the current value. She looked at my evidence, which was clear, and she offered to adjust the price to one that seemed fair to us both.
She went on to spend quite a bit of time with me, helping me get these speakers hooked up and tested. I took them home, wiped them off a bit, hooked them up, and they worked perfectly.
I really appreciated Levi's professionalism, friendliness, and honesty. She is quite refreshing in a world of bad customer service. Thank you Levi. I will definitely go back to this store first, and speak with Levi, if I am ever in the market for something readily found in pawn stores.”
