“This EZPawn is clean and well-managed. From my years of doing business here, I can say that the employees are always friendly, personable, and helpful. I was approaching the shop and noticed an employee outside having a cigarette break. He ended his break, came over, opened the door for me, and assisted me inside. He didn't have to go above & beyond in that simple way because there was another employee inside who could have assisted me. His name is Dominic, and he is one of the sweetest & cutest young men, along with the Manager. All of the employees are ready and happy to assist. The employees are polite, friendly, patient, creative, and handsome. I find him and the Manager to be very handsome and genuine men. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the variety of items that are available in the shop and that people bring in. I have always been given the best advice on my options. They aren't out for my cash; they are out for what's best for my needs at that time. I've noticed over the years that they can't always take the items people bring in, and that they don't speak ill of people/items once they leave. This is a great shop to do business in and wonderful people to do business with. All the best & God bless.”

But I’m adding a little more to this review it’s 7:18pm on Friday December 5th. Like I stated before. The place has some good sales people. But the lady that just helped me is always Rude and always try’s to give me as little as possible for my loans , when I shop and get loans from them all the time! This is the second time she’s helped me and she’s just plane mean and talked down at me and I’ve seen her do it to other customers. I’ve noticed before she’s treated other customers the same. with a nasty attitude. It’s the big haired old lady with the too much makeup on. I didn’t get her name because she keeps her name tag turned around. She sure did make me feel like shit this night. I don’t care if it’s almost closing time or if it’s just passed 7pm. You don’t treat customers like that. I always leave there happy. I hope some one sees this so she can at least be pleasant. To other people. M”

“I learned about LV Collectibles on eBay. I purchased the CD box set The Fantasy Worlds Of Irwin Allen. The set is television soundtrack music from Irwin Allens shows he produced and created. From Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea to The Time Tunnel. It arrived very quickly and was packed very well no damage at all. When I go to Las Vegas I intend to visit the sellers fine store. I did leave 5 star positive feedback on the sellers eBay store. My compliments to the seller and the staff.”

“After feeling incredibly discouraged and exhausted from visiting a handful of pawn shops in the Las Vegas area, I was finally treated with respect and professionalism by Nancy, the manager at this SuperPawn location. I brought in two expensive OTF knives, as well as a unique full-tang samurai dagger and a set of JBL headphones. Nancy was honest stating I likely won’t get my money’s worth because knives are not hot sellers at her shop. I understood and she was willing to work with me. She gave a fair price to buy them and even added a little extra seeming empathetic to my situation. Thank you for saving the day Nancy!
