βIβve been filling my prescription here for the last two years and have had zero issues. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, even after I noticed that my old address was set for the delivery, The staff was able to contact the carrier and fix it before it got delivered to the old address.?β
βMy new go - to pharmacy! Medications alway filled quickly and never have issues compared to other larger pharmacies. Friendly staff and never have to wait when picking up prescriptions. Top notch pharmacy!β
βNice, big and clean store. We were visiting Vegas so it was nice that this store is affiliated with Kroger and we could use our Kroger card. It is a super store, meaning they have clothing, housewares, etc and groceries.β
βWe arrived in search of items related to the health of my relative. They provided a wealth of knowledge. Great service. I was relieved that I avoided falling victim to someone who would have taken advantage of us because I bought it at such a great deal. Very happy with the cost and level of service. Employees assisted me and made recommendations. Their stock was enormous.β

βAmazing customer service , I went there to do an overall check up on my sugar levels , T levels and overall health , they have been very professional with the doctor explaining me everything and guided me what I need to do to raise my T levels in a natural way and stay healthy. Super friendly staff that will always offer you a cup of coffee while you wait :)I'd defiantly recommend!β
βJohn and Mayra are so friendly and very helpful.. Not mentioning how fast they prepared my medication.. This was my first time and I loved the service.. I recommend it 10/10β

βIt was a pain finding their simple location and then to find out about their onerous delivery fee. Both which should have been easy to find on their website cs a few texts back and forth, thatβs a pain in itself, to be told to call them. Still deciding whether to use themβ¦.see my other reviewβ¦..just responding to Google here.
Just updated my review to 3 stars after finally ordering my Ketamine compound from themβ¦..they are cheaper and much faster than Partell, but with the now $17 delivery fee, itβs $6 lessβ¦.and while I had sent my info in via the secure text, I had to repeat everything to Sara, who was most pleasant, cheerful and fun in verifying everything and slitting me for delivery. Best she could say is that theyβd call before arriving before 5p- no biggie, as Iβm disabled and not going out today, I do like to know about ehrn due to insomnia and having my phones ring quietly. She didnβt know the flavoring of the troches but, meds can never taste good- prevents pets and kids from snacking on them. Hopefully itβs mint and not the nauseating fruit punch Partell would use and that they have a longer shelf life, as 12 200mg troches are $67 plus the delivery fee of $17, vs $85 + $5 at Partell and youβre dealing with nicer ppl, faster prep time. PLS STAY TUNED - I hopefully will update to 4 stars later tonight after my first dose in a few monthsβ¦..canβt give them a 5-star because if the deliveryβ¦.if it wasnβt a controlled med, Iβd have Uber pick it up along with a pizza, no joke. Puzza from elsewhere, thoughβ¦.woukd be good horizontal buz integration. Wish they had a website as well.
Updated to 4 stars- fast delivery, GREAT cold packaging and 5-7 bucks cheaper than Partell even with delivery charge. No receipt was supplied and no response to a secure text request yet, so I just left a msg. $87 bucks- I want my insurance reimbursement. Interesting Raspberry flavor, but still ickyβ¦.but thatβs legal FDA reg.β
βBeen using this pharmacy for years. I would never go anywhere else because George takes such good care of me even if the insurance ain't payin for some reason. With All In One, making sure I have medicine to take is first priority and sorting out the payment is secondary. It is why I will never go back to using CVS or Walgreens again.β

βNice and clean. Large selection, larger than when I've shopped here in the past. Finally competing with target merchandising but still needs to work on staffing especially for the volume of business being done there. It's not ok employees purposely avoid eye contact with customers to also avoid helping those who are clearly looking for something. They could be more engaging, friendly and helpful. They are not that busy or on some serious space mission. When asked they are helpful but not JUST BE HELPFUL! Thank you Walmart for expanding your selection that makes me want to shop here more often.β
βLoved having this just around the corner of Harrah's. I got all the things I needed and not at outrageous prices. Got snacks for our hotel room, water, and all our souvenirs from here. It's well stocked and there's always multiple people working the registers. They have a large walk in alcohol section in the back of the store.β
βNo disrespect to other local pharmacies but since switching to Assist Pharmacy I have no worries about getting my prescriptions. I am disabled and getting out to run errands can be quite a task since I rely on caregivers to help me. The staff at Assist Pharmacy has always been great and incredibly helpful and willing to explain their services and help get my prescriptions organized.β

Used to be a good pharmacy, but the receptionists can't problem solve and don't listen to simple requests or questions anymore.
Not sure what changed, but my husband and I both had experiences lately where we had a question or raised a concern and were completely brushed off by different receptionists. It's not normal for this location, and hopefully they sort it out soon.β

βGreat service. Jumping through 20 hoops on the computer tends to take a while, but it's easy to see the staff does their best. Lisa was excellent with helping me get some medicine for my child today. Will continue to use this pharmacy while I live in the neighborhood.β
βI just wanted to give a shout out to Paul the gas station attendant today 6/16 at 12:03 pump 10. I was frantic because the pump stopped at 8 gallons but my RAV4 was on empty. I didnβt want to cause too much of a fuss but I had already waited in line once, I was not about to come back in another week.
He mentioned with the heat the gas seals might not be getting the same grip to get an accurate sensor. Iβm no gas pump expert so Iβm not sure if thatβs accurate, but Paul was present and jumped in to pump.
Thank you for providing some insight instead of a snarky attitude for an issue, which Iβm sure youβre hearing frequently with these hot summer days.
Hopefully thereβs an alternative to the seal predicament. Thank you again, Paul!β

My prescriptions are always ready on time, and they take the time to answer any questions I have. I feel so much more supported and valued here compared to my old pharmacy. Highly recommend!β
βI want to leave my review, a few months ago I found this pharmacy by chance, I needed a pharmacy that did free delivery since my mother needs a lot of medications and had already had problems at the previous pharmacy due to poor work and poor coordination, someone recommended QHr and so I called the Nellis location, and to my surprise if they speak Spanish there, they were very friendly, dedicated, they answered all my questions without leaving me any doubt, I want to congratulate all of them and especially Elizabeth for her great I work serving clients, and I did so much that I transferred my mother to them and it was my best decision.β

βSavon pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy. As a senior I take several medications. It seems they all have different dates to pick them up. I called to see if they could make receiving them on the same day. (When I see my doctor each month). Now I don't get text messages like before. The last time my prescriptions were ready but I didn't get a text. I called 2 days later and found out they had been ready. I went without the medications waiting for a text. (Because I didn't want to bother them). This month after seeing my doctor. Again no text. I called the pharmacy and was told I couldn't get them for 2 more days because last month I picked them up 2 days late! I said I'm not receiving texts anymore. She said she just fixed it. Now, I'm going out with the medication again with different days to pick them up again. I hope this works itself out. I hate bothering my Doctor and the Pharmacists. Tanya and the Pharmacists are professional and friendly. I like this location, it's closest to home.β
βThis is the most efficient pharmacy service we've received in a very, very long time! Our prescriptions are filled and home- delivered promptly. My husband has a challenging medical condition which requires several medications taken several times a day. Our previous pharmacy had difficulty keeping certain critical meds in stock or accurately notifying him in a timely manner when they were in stock to refill his prescriptions...it was SO FRUSTRATING! A friend who is an Alto customer encouraged us to try Alto. Transferring our prescriptions was very easy. We recommend Alto Pharmacy without reservations.β

You donβt have to worry about not getting any callbacks or anything like that. They are on top of it. βThe Walgreens at 3150 North Tenaya Way in Las Vegas, NV, 89128 is the best pharmacy I've utilized since I moved into Las Vegas in 2005 ... including more than one other brand pharmacy and across 2 residential zip codes and 4 professional zip codes.
I'm a healthcare professional with 20+ years' experience, all of it in Las Vegas.
20 years' habitation in one location is a long time. I believe I transferred to this pharmacy around 2018.
If they can improve their service, I'm absolutely unsure how it's possible, but I bet they could surprise me... At least some of the time, the techs know me on sight. I only ever pick up prescriptions for my small family, and on a 90-day schedule at that.
The lack of 24-hour or holiday/ weekend coverage is easily overshadowed by the service, friendliness, and speed during their operating hours.
15/5 stars, fully recommend.β
