“I went here yesterday and it was amazing. The shirts had good bands, the shoes were awesome, the CDs were pretty good, the music they played in the store was fire, ect. And the people working there were really nice. But one thing that I do have to say is that I think they accidentally gave us someone else's patches without knowing. I did get mine, but I also got 2 more that I didn't pick out, we will try to return them today. Overall, it was a good experience.”

“I don't know what it is , but when I want to order something online , and I try it everytime , to verify my veteran status for the 10% discount . When it gets to Step 2 it always says "error" , return to Cabelas although I'm on Basspro.com . Do not know if others have this problem , but , you gotta wonder how many more people get frustrated with it and do not order anything , which i did not , and how much revenue they lose . Now fortunately there is a Bass Pro Shops about 40min from me but thats not the point . I was trying to order a fly rod that was on sale and pick it up the next day but unfortunately the sale ended at 0000 hrs 3/26 . Now I've tried live chats to solve the problem as well as customer service and all I get from them is Hmmmm .....

“I have been trying to get into the shop for a few days. So happy I went in today. The store is clean and organized very appealing to the eye. I was so happy to be greeted by Naomi. She asked me what I was looking for. She found me a few pants to try. After explaining that some of these pants were baggy she suggested I try petite. Wow, ok sure enough that worked. I ordered two petite size 2x pants. I am short so the regular joggers were too baggy. Even though I didn't take them home because we had to order, I am so happy to have purchased here. “You probably didn't know it but the Boot Barn in Summerlin (and on S. Las Vegas Blvd but not on Sahara) reshapes Hats. That's right. And it's absolutely free! I got a Jose Cuervo hat as a gift but I didn't like the wide brim. It's an industrial grade straw hat and it's stylish & beautiful but I wouldn't wear it. It suddenly occured to me that if I could raise the brim I could turn it into a cowboy hat. So I called Boot Barn and sure enough they said they'd try it. I met Anthony who wasn't encouraging at first cuz it's a straw hat, not felt or leather like all their other hats. But after working on it for 10 or 15 minutes he was able to give it the perfect western relief I was looking for. FIVE STARS for Anthony and Boot Barn in Summerlin. And BTW check out their incredible and stylish inventory of shirts, Jeans, Boots and an amazing selection of Cowboy & Cowgirl Hats. And tell 'em Bobby Cottonwood sent you.”

“This is my second pair of Zeba. I still have my first pair even though they are falling apart from constant use. They were the most comfortable pair of shoes I have had in some time, The second pair are not as comfortable. The size seems a little smaller. I use the wide shoe and it is way too tight in the toe ( I did not have to "break in" the first pair, therefore I expected the same for the second). The second pair are not near as easy to slip on hands free as the first. Time will tell.”

“I ended up not buying shoes here because of the short return policy. I do like how you can run in them and still return for store credit or exchange. I ended up getting the same shoes elsewhere for the same price but all one color and a 30 day return policy. They have better options than the red rock here and the guy didn't make it too hard to return them despite some difficultly with receiving a refund with Apple Pay which is how I paid. I would buy the other shoes here I just wish they had a treadmill like the other running stores.”

“I purchased two pairs of boots between the Ft Apache location and Sahara location and the customer service at both locations was exceptional. The Ft Apache location measured my feet on their machine and the sales person helped me get into the proper fit for my Iron Rangers and Moc Toe boots. They called other locations for stock checks and held what I needed. They offered to install speed hooks for a minimal price and got them done for me same day. Customer service it self will have me coming back to these locations.”

I did end up purchasing a pair of laced shoes and insoles. I eneded up wearing the new shoes out of theall, they were so comfortable. My first experience at the store was made special by Susan, she's one of a kind.”
“I've worn Bates and Corcorans over the past seven years and my wife convinced me to at least try an alternate boot. Came in for a shoe fitting after a foot injury and experienced something just shy of life changing. Mindy Williams, Redwing Salesperson, is incredibly helpful, not pushy, and exactly the kind of person I want to put my faith in when moving out of a comfort zone like footwear.
I'm very impressed by Redwings' fitting device; nailed the right size, solved an ongoing argument with my wife (I know my arches), and even found inserts to put my foot lower into a boot with a fairly wide toe box. Purchased the boots largely because she had the right tools to tell me the right fit and had the right attitude to put me at ease.
My beat up feet have a new home and Redwing has a new supporter.”
