wait in a long queue for get the car. Also the car was not in a good service condition, I need to pump the tyres, and car reminds me to service from the second day, so bad experience, and they directly charged me on some sort of unknown insurance, totally a robbery.

So slow, always a pain to rent from them. Slow service, long lines. Agents looks tired and unhappy

Long waits, car I reserved far in advance was not available so by the time I got to the front of the line I had to wait almost another hour to get a car. They had larger cars available and would not provide a free upgrade to me either, just had to keep waiting.
