I was expecting to have a dismal experience based on the reviews, but I was wrong. The staff were friendly and only waited a few minutes to pick up my package.

I do agree that the counter service is terrible. Every now and then, I receive torn packages. But!!! I have had great delivery people on my route for the past 20 plus years.
