Emmanuel the new Manager of this branch is amazing!!! He went the extra mile to help us today with our concern. We had an appointment for 3:30 to get a letter however, he went ahead and accommodated us earlier than scheduled! Great experience and the inside of the bank tremendously improved!!!

Super long lines, only 3 teller windows now, and no banker assistance right away like you used to have. Terrible bank.

THE WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU GO INSIDE TO SPEAK WITH A TELLER IN PERSON AT THIS LOCATION IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS! You have several workers just walking around behind the counters looking at the lines! You really should have more workers here!!!
