“The rooms are decent but not recently remodeled. The bathrooms need some TLC but aren't horrible. The elevator was broken for the wing I stayed in, but that seems common in Laughlin for some reason. It was repaired quickly though. The pool is pretty small. The casino is clean and they have great restaurants. No EV chargers on site which is a bummer. Wifi also would not work. Overall, an OK place to stay, but the Riverside and Aquarius have nicer rooms, pools and have some EV chargers.”

“Great front desk experience from Jayden. Room was comfortable but felt like there was kitty litter throughout room on the floor.
It was only for one night so we didn't complain to management. We booked the room for 3 people but only had 2 sets of towels.”

“I stopped by here with my folks on a Saturday to play some slots for a few hours and grab lunch. Slot machines were well spaced for easily walking around, the air quality was much better than other casinos (it would be even better if they banned smoking), and lunch at Smashburger was great! I came out ahead on every slot I played except one. Unfortunately, they didn't have any of my favorite slot machine "Fire Link", they have Dragon Link but it's not as fun.

I did have one problem hence why I knocked off a star: the workers running the Keno game couldn't figure out how to process a ticket for their own $19 "all numbers" special that they advertise in their Keno brochure. They even called 2 different people to try and get help but after 20 minutes I gave up waiting to go play some slots.

Despite the issue I would definitely go back if I'm ever in Laughlin again.”
