“Went above and beyond for our spur of the moment roadtrip car problem!
From the get-go, the office worker was so polite and accommodating for our last min window problems.
We slammed the heavy door to our camper and the window fell inside the door and wouldn't come out. We called Desert Auto Body in las vegas, which was 3 hours away and they said to bring it in asap. They didn't seem annoyed at all that it was a last min appointment and we were out the door and on our way in a couple hours. They helped us so much and we are extremely grateful for their accommodation and friendliness. The mechanics known that they are doing and so does the receptionist. The prices were less than what i thought it was going to be. Thank you so much again! You saved our trip!”
“AMAZING service! Called at around 11pm on Tuesday Jan 9 after getting locked out of our condo. Locksmith came immediately and fixed the issue. Not only that, price was way less than expected. 2 stars for them using FedEx as the shipper. FedEx would not leave the parts on the porch as they said the value was too high and it would get stolen. FedEx tried twice during normal work hours(11am) to deliver with no one home. Duh, I work those hours. Third try the driver finally called me and left the parts with the neighbor down the street. No, I don't have anywhere else to ship things to. No, I don't want to bother my neighbors with deliveries. FedEx is terrible. Battle Born, pleas consider changing shipping companies”
“Came in here today to get my Harley's rear tire swapped, and unfortunately had another seizure while waiting in their lobby which isn't uncommon for me. I forgot to take my meds before I came in and these guys were more than helpful when I faded out.
They helped me out until the ambulance arrived and even after I was released and got back to the shop, these guys were extremely kind.
I appreciate all of y'all for being a solid group of guys. 100%.”

I wish I had Wally's here and in the past years I've owned Honda's. (Honda/Acura owner since 1980). I've never forgotten Wally, his wife (who worked the office) and his kids...ALL of whom were nice, kind people. Thank you !!!”

“I was traveling AZ to ID and had a problem with my truck about 90 miles north of LAS. Stranded, we placed our trust in the reviews online and chose DOC! They helped me arrange a tow, and worked quickly to troubleshoot my issue knowing I was at a nearby hotel. I received a phone call a couple hours later with a diagnosis and a repair plan. Communications were clear and direct with videos and photos to support what they found. Their prices were exactly what I expected and not inflated because they could. The integrity of the shop was visible with every interaction.

“Helped me with a difficult electrical situation when my windows stopped working. Another place wanted to charge nearly $500 just to diagnose. I need a kit to buy online but the guy charged me $50 to diagnose and put the windows back up. What a relief in a city of scammers!!”
“After someone decided to go straight in a left turn lane and hit our car we went to collision works. The other drivers insurance that paid for the repairs was Progressive. Pat handled the whole process for us quickly working with Progressive to get our car back to us in under a week total. Being a Tesla many body shops just won’t even consider attempting the repair. This damage being light not requiring panel replacement they did not hesitate to take on this work. The repair is flawless and was done quickly, not much more you can ask for.”
“I'm from Tucson, AZ and we traveled to Vegas when I started having Turbo issues. Took it in and thankfully they found a fried wiring harness to my turbo. Even with a holiday they got us back up and running in a couple days.

“I was in a bind, it was thanksgiving weekend and I picked up a screw on my tire where it couldn’t be repaired. Kevin was so nice and accommodating. He filled my tire to last a bit till I got home. Told me Black Friday sale would save me a bunch of $ for f I could come back. So that’s what I did, I got there right around 8am on Friday and Tom took care of me. Instead of just getting one tire, I decided to get all 4 done and everything was done with 2.5 hours! Great communication and customer service. I will be back in the future.

He ordered the part and had it done within a few hours. I'm very pleased and would give 10 stars. He is officially my go-to-transmission service in Las Vegas.Other shops were trying to tear my trani up and charge me thousands of dollars. “Miguel and the team here are always A++ - I told Miguel I would leave a review forever ago on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but I got locked out of my gmail. I got it back now so here is my review. 5 stars! From the customer service to the technicians / mechanics in the back, everything from start to finish has been great with these guys. I feel like I have not only a business relationship with these people but also friendship too. Miguel has helped me with tows, selling my vehicle(s), etc. I spent a ton of money with him on my Jeep and then a new unrelated issue happened and it was going to cost me so much money, but Miguel didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic because he knew I wasn’t going to replace my engine. Little things like that keep a customer for life. I have 3 vehicles and I plan to always use Big Brand for my repair needs. They also offer Acima (leasing) to help with paying and cost. I now have my 00 Chevy Silverado going there today to get the brake line checked and some other routine maintenance. THANK YOU BIG BRAND FOR EARNING MY TRUST!!!”

Our pick up was heating up when we arrived in the city, I contacted him and he told me that he would take it to the workshop, he soon checked our pick up, checked if there were any leaks, and checked the radiator covers and anti freeze tank. There he found the problem, demonstrated his experience, told us about problems related to our model and gave us a lot of confidence. And he resolved our problem promptly and honestly. Very grateful for the service. For any problem I would return without hesitation.”
“My family and I were heading to Las Vegas from Oregon our truck broke down 60 miles outside of Vegas we had hit something in the road which broke our heater hose which caused our truck to overheat and blow a head gasket our truck was towed to ja auto and these guys were amazing my insurance was refusing to believe that we hit something and Luis Enrique stood up for us against our insurance company and went above and beyond to get our car fixed in the end the insurance company totalled our truck as to much damage was done but without the honesty and experience of luis Enrique we would have been screwed i woild definitely recommend this shop they are honest and fair.thanls for everything you did.”
