It was a long process for me, and during it I got to see the quality of work he and his team were doing on other cars in the shop, which really put me at ease. He always answered my texts and returned my calls. What mattered most to me was that they worked with me throughout the whole process, and they repaired the damage on my car and made it look like new again. 2 stars for them using FedEx as the shipper. FedEx would not leave the parts on the porch as they said the value was too high and it would get stolen. FedEx tried twice during normal work hours(11am) to deliver with no one home. Duh, I work those hours. Third try the driver finally called me and left the parts with the neighbor down the street. No, I don't have anywhere else to ship things to. No, I don't want to bother my neighbors with deliveries. FedEx is terrible. Battle Born, pleas consider changing shipping companies”
“Came in here today to get my Harley's rear tire swapped, and unfortunately had another seizure while waiting in their lobby which isn't uncommon for me. I forgot to take my meds before I came in and these guys were more than helpful when I faded out.
They helped me out until the ambulance arrived and even after I was released and got back to the shop, these guys were extremely kind.
I appreciate all of y'all for being a solid group of guys. 100%.”
“This place was great. It's not in the most inviting neighborood, but don't let that discourage you. The work they did here is top notch and service is fast. Most of all, Dan is super communicative, straightforward, friendly, ad knowledgable. This visit was a pleasure and we are greatful for the quick and thorough fix of our RV's exhaust pipe and replacement of our catalytic converter. Oh yeah--they can work on big rigs, which is a big deal since so many shops aren't able (or willing) to service larger vehicles like our 26-foot motorhome. Go here and give them your business--you'll be glad you did.”

“I was traveling AZ to ID and had a problem with my truck about 90 miles north of LAS. Stranded, we placed our trust in the reviews online and chose DOC! They helped me arrange a tow, and worked quickly to troubleshoot my issue knowing I was at a nearby hotel. I received a phone call a couple hours later with a diagnosis and a repair plan. Communications were clear and direct with videos and photos to support what they found. Their prices were exactly what I expected and not inflated because they could. The integrity of the shop was visible with every interaction.

“I'm from Tucson, AZ and we traveled to Vegas when I started having Turbo issues. Took it in and thankfully they found a fried wiring harness to my turbo. Even with a holiday they got us back up and running in a couple days.

“After someone decided to go straight in a left turn lane and hit our car we went to collision works. The other drivers insurance that paid for the repairs was Progressive. Pat handled the whole process for us quickly working with Progressive to get our car back to us in under a week total. Being a Tesla many body shops just won’t even consider attempting the repair. This damage being light not requiring panel replacement they did not hesitate to take on this work. The repair is flawless and was done quickly, not much more you can ask for.”

“The ZF 8 Speed on my BMW E84 x1 was coming up at 50,000 miles and was due for a fluid change. I called them up on a Friday afternoon to inquire about their service, I had purchased the cover that has the filter and fluid that I was going to perform before my heart attack. Most shops won’t mess with parts the customer brings in but Billy was gracious enough to take care of it with the parts I brought in to do the service. He told me to come in when they open in morning.
Monday morning, I asked if he could change the front and rear differential fluid as well as the transfer case, he didn’t have any BMW DTF1 on hand so I picked up a quart from the dealer before his tech Samuel came in at 8a. They were really nice about explaining everything and got done by 10a.”
“Helped me with a difficult electrical situation when my windows stopped working. Another place wanted to charge nearly $500 just to diagnose. I need a kit to buy online but the guy charged me $50 to diagnose and put the windows back up. What a relief in a city of scammers!!”

“My wife and I were referred to Quick’s Radiator & Auto Service, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We worked with Jose and his son, Eduardo, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and truly exceeded our expectations.
We were dealing with a radiator leak on a newer vehicle, and they diagnosed the issue very quickly. Not only did they provide a clear and fair estimate, but they were able to start the work the same day and told us it would be finished within 24 hours or so. They actually completed the repair before closing that day. Even better, their quote was about $600 less than other mechanics we had spoken to, and the job was done in less than half the time others had estimated.
I highly recommend Quick’s Radiator & Auto Service for any auto needs. This family-run business is honest, fair, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. I usually stress out when dealing with car issues, but Jose and Eduardo made the entire process easy and reassuring. We didn’t have a go-to radiator mechanic in Salt Lake, but are very glad we had this fixed in Las Vegas.

“I was in a bind, it was thanksgiving weekend and I picked up a screw on my tire where it couldn’t be repaired. Kevin was so nice and accommodating. He filled my tire to last a bit till I got home. Told me Black Friday sale would save me a bunch of $ for f I could come back. So that’s what I did, I got there right around 8am on Friday and Tom took care of me. Instead of just getting one tire, I decided to get all 4 done and everything was done with 2.5 hours! Great communication and customer service. I will be back in the future.

Still good service but they don't open until 8am. They will say it's 7am but no mechanics will be there till 8am. Just change your hours to reflect honesty and don't argue with a good client over it.”
