“I was in a bind, it was thanksgiving weekend and I picked up a screw on my tire where it couldn’t be repaired. Kevin was so nice and accommodating. He filled my tire to last a bit till I got home. Told me Black Friday sale would save me a bunch of $ for f I could come back. So that’s what I did, I got there right around 8am on Friday and Tom took care of me. Instead of just getting one tire, I decided to get all 4 done and everything was done with 2.5 hours! Great communication and customer service. I will be back in the future.

“Miguel and the team here are always A++ - I told Miguel I would leave a review forever ago on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but I got locked out of my gmail. I got it back now so here is my review. 5 stars! From the customer service to the technicians / mechanics in the back, everything from start to finish has been great with these guys. I feel like I have not only a business relationship with these people but also friendship too. Miguel has helped me with tows, selling my vehicle(s), etc. I spent a ton of money with him on my Jeep and then a new unrelated issue happened and it was going to cost me so much money, but Miguel didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic because he knew I wasn’t going to replace my engine. Little things like that keep a customer for life. I have 3 vehicles and I plan to always use Big Brand for my repair needs. They also offer Acima (leasing) to help with paying and cost. I now have my 00 Chevy Silverado going there today to get the brake line checked and some other routine maintenance. THANK YOU BIG BRAND FOR EARNING MY TRUST!!!”

“Amazing place. Amaizng people. I took me longer to drive from southern highlands and back then it did for them to fix my rim. I was in and out of there in 46mins. I hit a rock awhile back and noticed a shaking in my steering wheel, took it to discount tire and was told I needed a new rim and new tires(~$1200), came here and none of that was true. Hopefully I don’t bend anymore rims but I’m definitely a customer for life now. Thanks Hub Cap Annies!”
“We went in for a true tire rotation and oil change on our dually truck and ended up leaving with just an oil change and a tire rotation gone wrong. However, the guest satisfaction and customer service at this location have been outstanding to rectify the poor performance of the initial visit. In the future, this location will be equipped and ready for all proper tire rotations of dually trucks with steel inside rims. I would definitely recommend this location if you need service in the area. The manager Brandon is an amazing human being :)”

They told me that it would be an hour before they were able to get to my van and 15 minutes later I got a text saying that my van was ready ❤ definitely better than Walmart where you leave your vehicle being told that it would be just a few minutes and 3 hours later they haven't even touched it 😡 so yeah would definitely recommend Discount over ANY other tire store 😊 great and friendly staff!!”

“We were headed back to California from Utah and discovered we had a defective tire and wouldn't make it much farther. I have a lifted truck with a uncommon tire size. I called and spoke with Paulo. He found me the tires I needed and had them ready to install in less than 30 minutes. They replaced everything, recalibrated my sensors and even touched up a couple scratches on my wheels. Very professional, very helpful and super friendly! Thank you guys for saving the day.”

“I drove all the way from North LV to have my coolant leak checked out and fixed, because it was the most affordable place I could find. Absolutely worth it! The quality of their work was outstanding, my leak was fixed within the afternoon and even offered to stay a little past closing just so I had enough time to come pick it up.
