“I went in to get some vitamins. Very clean and well organized. My first trip was two days before a big 20% off sale. The Sprout's employee share about their upcoming sale. Now that is caring about your customers. Two days later, I saved $20. I
appreciated their signage above the different supplements. Staff was very knowledgeable about what they sold. Big thank you to Paul for walking me through different options. A pleasantly surprised customer. Great job, Sprouts.”
“I've had amazing experiences at this location.
However the cashier with the face tattoo is extremely rude and was purposely ignoring us and acting like we were an inconvenience because she charged me the wrong price for a honeydew. I was kinda shocked at her behavior.”
“Love the store but the register clerks at check out are mostly unfriendly and act like they hate their job, including managers. Other employees are very nice overall”
“Went for the market, stayed for the food! Really great place. We ended up ordering food and it was really good. I ordered the pork Chile Verde and it was ? My husband ordered the cubana torta and it looked so good and was honestly the biggest torta we've ever seen. Seriously. The picture does no justice. We ordered some simple cheese quesadillas for the kids and they were yummy too, the kids loved them. I feel like the price was reasonable for the amount of food. We definitely want to come back to try more!”

“Clean, well stocked facility with good meat and produce. Prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful and friendly. Great selection of cheese and good assortment of Hispanic foods.”
“Driving back to WA after a 10 day ski trip to the Sierras and our friend recommended this place. It’s a Mexican market and they also have an amazing food stand. We got the chicken and asada burritos and I added lettuce and pico to mine. Soooo flavorful and fresh. Possibly the best burrito I ever had and somehow only 8.99? I wish I lived closer. At 8pm it seemed to be a dinner rush but we got a table and they seem to serve food until 10. They’re on Uber eats too.”

“I really liked Steve. Super friendly cashier. His cheerful, upbeat, nature was infectious. When I need gas in Galena, this is my spot, hands down. All because of Steve.”
“I absolutely love the convenience of the gas station and grocery store together. However this particular day, as I paid for my gas, the cashier became frustrated after telling her twice the pump was not working correctly. She then walked over, took the pump out and threw it on the ground as if I was bothering her. She then told me the transaction was cancelled, and told me to pay with my card at the next pump, im assuming she didn’t want to help me anymore. Im not sure why she is so frustrated, but maybe working with people is something she shouldn’t be doing.”

“I usually leave Reno in August because it is always a tough haul when I stay. August this year was clown shoes the whole way down and I did not get a single break from my bad luck—until August 31. The folks at this Safeway gave me that break. It may seem small, but knowing my money is still good there, while I’m waiting for my bank to get their act together, made all the difference. I want to thank Kenny, Geo, Jennifer, and one of the young cashiers whose name I can’t recall. You may have just been doing your jobs, but for this guy it was a world of difference!
Edit: after reading the negative reviews I wanted to add this—the one downside of this store is the Karen infestation. But that’s what happens when people have too much money and not enough sense.”

“Best pharmacy in South Reno. Don’t understand the 1 star reviews, but my guess is they don’t understand how the pharmacy/prescriber relationship works. They are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you want to see bad go across the way to CVS. You’ll see what 1 star is.”

“The place offers new varieties of products than the last owners. Reduced prices than the rest. Friendly and easy going experience in the store. Hot food was good also, same with gas prices. Not bad overall”
“I've been stopping here for years. Convenient, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. But recently I've been going there and this womanhas just been above and beyond amazing every single time I'm there. Her personality just shines. She makes your day GREAT no matter how bad it is. Her soul is special. Thank you Simone for being true to who you are and just being awesome. ❤️The world needs more Simone's....”
“They were out of roasted Hatch chilies at the Smith's in Carson and I called this store to see if they had them. After 2 tries, I got someone on the phone that checked stock for me, unfortunately I did not take their name down but they were very kind to do a visual check for me. I know that these holiday days are super busy so I appreciate it. First impression of the store was... it looks waaaay nicer than the Carson store. Everything super clean, flowers super fresh. Christmasy ambiance in full swing still. It's just a well kept store. Made my way to the back to find my Hatch chilies, a few employees passed me by but they were rushing, no "hellos" or "finding everything you need?" It's ok though, I explored a little bit. I did a whole loop around the store. I noticed they have a full olive bar and large variety of imported cheeses!! Had to hold back because my fridge back home was already bursting at the seams just like my jeans if I keep eating like I have been.. anyway, I like this store. The in house made breads are pretty nice looking too. "I'll be back" (in an Arnold voice). After I got my chilies I made a stop at the drink section. I remembered I had to grab sodas. I found the last 2 real sugar Pepsi 12 pk. I read the sale sign wrong. I thought it read "buy 2 get 1 free", so I grabbed 2 of the Pepsi and 1 ginger ale. and I made my way to the register. When the cashier rang them up, all didn't come up with the sale price and I was directed to the customer service desk. I was annoyed thinking I'd have to wait forever to be refunded the one 12 pk. but when I got there I was greeted by a smiling Ms. Kama. There were a few people before me but she was quickly and efficiently moving that line. When it was my turn she pointed out that the sale on the sodas was buy 2 and get 3 free! She had me go grab the other two 12 packs and fixed the error and sent me on my way. It's the employees like Ms. Kama that turn an annoying experience into a positive. They come through for these retailers on the busy holiday season and keep it kind and professional with a smile on their face. Thank you Ms. Kama if you're reading this. You rock!”
“My son and I are home sick so we ordered grocery delivery from Raley’s. It was an unexpected surprise to get these roses delivered with the order. Thank you for brightening up our day.”

“I previously used Smith’s pharmacy but had to change due to my insurance. I miss the friendly faces and the professional way which customers are treated. It was always so convenient to do my shopping while my prescription was being readied. Highly recommend them!”
“Last few times I shopped here, I had two ladies help me, Melody, and Cheryl. I don't normally remember employees names at Walmart because it's usually a bad experience. They are the nicest employees I've ever had in any Walmart I've ever shopped in. Very helpful and they smile. Most employees walk around looking miserable. Finally a good experience shopping at Walmart.”
“Smith’s is a great grocery store with high-quality products and fresh items. The store is quiet and well-organized, making for a pleasant shopping experience. While the prices can be a bit high, it’s always my best option when I need something that I can’t find elsewhere. The quality and freshness of their products make it worth the extra cost.”

“4.5 stars, rounded up to 5.I have used this pharmacy often of the past, mostly for vaccinations (flu, COVID, TDAP) but also for an occasional prescription (I use Walgreens for most of my prescriptions since they are national, and you can fill them anywhere you are traveling). They are close to my home and convenient.Though the pharmacy doesn't have great reviews, I have almost always had a positive experience. I always have made an appointment online for a vaccination and never had to wait past my time. I have found the employees, both the different pharmacists I have seen and the technicians, to be professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They have respected my time. The vaccine process is simple: when your date and time come for the vaccination appointment that you already made online, you check in. I have almost never waited in line, mostly because I go to the first available appointment in the day, or later in the evening when it is quieter. But I have noticed when there is a line, it goes fast, often with a second technician stepping in to help out (there are two windows). Then they have you look over the pre-printed form, with info you filled out online, and you confirm it is ok. Then they have you wait in the seating area for the pharmacist to get the injection ready. There are like five or six chairs there, so there are plenty. Then the pharmacist calls you in to a private room and does the injection. The first time I went there, for a COVID vaccine, I even got a goody bag, with things like wipes, hand sanitizer, masks, etc. I also have never had any pain or bruises here from the actual intramuscular injections in the arm. One pharmacist, Tom, actually does a 5-second "mini-massage" over the injection site to reduce any tightness or tension, to help with potential pain or inflammation. I like his injections the best! Then the pharmacists give you the receipt and required FDA printed information for the vaccine and has you wait in the waiting area or shop for 10-15 minutes to make sure there are no adverse effects. They are good in that way, following all safety protocols. Of course, you could leave, but I always hang out since I am polite.I noticed there was a free blood pressure tester in the waiting room a few years ago; I assume it's still there, but I haven't looked. There is free Wi-Fi available too (I used to have trouble with email there from my phone, but they have fixed that in the last year or so, so now everything is reliable and fast).I have always found the pharmacy area (as well as the entire store) clean, even their restrooms. Parking is always easy too. There is a wide storefront, so there is always parking close by. The lot is bright and feels safe, with the employees constantly coming out to round up carts.I did have a problem one time getting them to dispense three tubes of my prescription-only high-fluoride toothpaste. The tech said they could get only one tube at a time, due to supply limitations. I had a feeling she wasn't quite right. It seemed like she had the one in stock and wanted to dispense it, and not go through the hassle of ordering more. I wanted them in quantiy, since I was paying cash, and got a lower price per tube for three using GoodRx. In the past, Walgreens had no problem getting three at a time. So, after this, I went to Walmart, and they easily got three the next day.I also wish their online vaccine process could be more integrated, like having an online cancelation available, instead of having to call them. I've also had glitches where I have logged into my account, but when I filled out the info for the vaccine appointment, I later found out it hadn't read my login. But this has more do with how corporate (Kroger) has designed the process (Smith's is a Kroger company). But aside from the minor above hiccups, I am very happy with this particular pharmacy, and will use them again. Nothing can be perfect.”
“Very happy with the store remodel. Shelves are well stocked and the store is clean. Kudos to Richard, Natalie and Victor (and others) who do a consistently excellent job taking care of the customers.”
“It's Walmart, what's there to say.
Unlike other Walmarts, this Walmart is better at matching the shelf pricing with what it rings up. That's a plus!
I do wish they had more manned registers. If I have to ring up and pack my own groceries, I should get a discount.”
“Every time we go in, there are always so many wonderful things to buy! We love their new fridge/freezer section! Amber was so attentive to our needs, she went looking for all of our requests. This is walking distance from our house and we couldn't be more thrilled to visit this location. I hope they never go out of business.”
