“I have bought multiple storage units at auction at this facility. They have been so kind and helpful each time! I would definitely rent a storage unit at this facility, if needed.
I look forward to buying many more storage units at this facility”
“Customer service here was always great, I was with this storage unit facility for 5 years and ahead zero issues. Candice is the best and ended my experience here on a great note. I will absolutely do business with this company again in the future because of her.”
“I was looking for a storage as I'm in the prosses of moving and needed some space for my truck and other items I don't have space for. Will is amazing and a great help in getting me moved in and explaining the rules and policies.”
“An excellent experience in every way. They have both modern, brand new units and older ones with a shorter ceiling height. Manager Armie is always great ( my second time renting here) showing excellent knowledge of the operation and providing superior customer service. Highly recommended!!”
“Cathi and Lani are SO helpful and honestly, the reason I rent here is because of them. They have THE MOST fun and offer the best customer service that could be offered for storage.
We love them!!”
“This was my first time using a storage place. Carson City Storage is clean, air conditioned, and easy to get in and out of. I'll definitely use them again if needed.”
“All the iStorages in Carson have great staff. They're amazing people. This facility has a truly great property manager. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind.”
“I had a storage unit here for about three years, and the staff was consistently great, even helping to accommodate me managing things from out of town. Would definitely recommend, burner friendly.”

“We have stored our trailer at East Carson for the last year. The facility has always been clean, well maintained, and secure.
Access is easy and we haven’t had any problems with disturbances from humans or animals!
Highly recommend!!”
“This place was a great deal when we found it. The site is well maintained, has reasonable open hours and office hours, the units are in solid condition and easily accessed. The units are not inside Reno proper but not far away from Hwy 431 and Alt 395 (~2 mi, no intervening lights or stop signs). Payment is relatively easy online and the office staff have always been helpful when we needed anything.
Be advised that while the facility is still competitively priced, we saw steady price increases -- something like 25% in the past 24 months. I think the place is still worth checking out. But, it may not be your best option.”
“I've had a great experience with Desert Storage! The facility seems very well maintained and is very secure with gate codes and cameras around the facility. The staff is professional and I found them to be very helpful and friendly. I also enjoy being able to rent out a storage unit completely online. The storage units themselves are very clean and solid. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage!”
“Excellent space available for price. Safe environment with tenants and cameras in area. Management works quickly and communicates clearly with clients! Highly recommended!”

“StorWise Self Storage has polite and helpful staff. They are great as keeping you informed about changes in policies and hours. The grounds are clean and clear of debris so you can move your vehicle around easily.”
“Competitive pricing and very easy to rent a unit online. Unit was very clean. Customer service was also helpful when I had a question on move-in day, as well as move-out day.”
“I have known Mike, the owner, personally for many years. He and his wife have been so consistently kind and helpful. They take such great care of their customers and it shows! I have been a customer of theirs for almost 3 years and will not do business with anyone else but them. That is how truly wonderful this company is!If you want to feel like your belongings are safe and know that you will be taken care of 100%, this is the place to be! Mike and Jessica are some of the most kind people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They take pride in their business and their work ethic is excellent. Their property is so clean and fantastically maintained! They truly care and its shows! In this day and age, it is rare to have full confidence that people are who they say they are or that a business will take care of you fully. There has never been a moment where I have doubted how wonderful the owners or this business is. U-hauls? They've got them! Clean storage space? They've got that too! What a wonderful place! Thank you so much Mike and Jessica! (Side note- They have the cutest dog ever and he loves to make new friends! What a joy!)”
“Place is very clean and well kept, it's in a convenient location, Don't know the rates because I went with a friend. Manager stopped and asked after me while waiting for him to show....”
“I recently had the pleasure of using Safe Storage, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Their location is incredibly convenient, right on US Hwy, making it easy to access whenever I need to drop off or pick up my belongings.
The facility is not only easily accessible but also impressively secure, providing peace of mind knowing my items are safe. The staff at Safe Storage are outstanding, offering 5-star service from start to finish. They were helpful in answering all my questions and guided me through the storage process with ease.”
“Fully fenced and the gate is closed and locked every night. The downside is that there's no assigned parking. Took me 2 years to get my two trailer spaces together and then someone moved my cone and took one of them. The weeds are starting to come up and I know it's a bit difficult to spray around people's trailers but can something be done? Otherwise, reasonable price and close enough to home”

“I have been renting storage for years from another storage place. The prices kept climbing to high so I researched and found CubeSmart in Washoe City NV they bye far have the best customer service-price and security.
I got a great deal!!! Lisa is one of the people I worked with and she was great!”
