I called right at 10 a.m to confirm my online rental and she answered promptly, ended up having a slightly damaged unit and she immediately moved me to a new unit. She went over my lease in detail with me too. She is a great person, extremely friendly, and provided such a wonderful service.
We have had multiple units throughout Moundhouse and Carson City, and this iStorage location is the best! The units are clean, we haven’t had any issues with mice or bugs, easy access, and it is gated. The process to get a unit is SO easy and you can access it same day. I highly recommend this location!”

“This place was a great deal when we found it. The site is well maintained, has reasonable open hours and office hours, the units are in solid condition and easily accessed. The units are not inside Reno proper but not far away from Hwy 431 and Alt 395 (~2 mi, no intervening lights or stop signs). Payment is relatively easy online and the office staff have always been helpful when we needed anything.
Be advised that while the facility is still competitively priced, we saw steady price increases -- something like 25% in the past 24 months. I think the place is still worth checking out. But, it may not be your best option.”

“I love this property. It has been here for years and is great. Tony used to be the manager here and he was awesome. You can tell they really care about the property. They have the larger units here, 10x20, that I keep my stuff in and they are so close, right across the hwy, to their newer facility which has smaller 10x10 climate controlled units I keep my tools and stuff in. Plus the Manager here just took over managing the other one too so I can talk to her about both of them.”
“I have known Mike, the owner, personally for many years. He and his wife have been so consistently kind and helpful. They take such great care of their customers and it shows! I have been a customer of theirs for almost 3 years and will not do business with anyone else but them. That is how truly wonderful this company is!If you want to feel like your belongings are safe and know that you will be taken care of 100%, this is the place to be! Mike and Jessica are some of the most kind people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They take pride in their business and their work ethic is excellent. “Fully fenced and the gate is closed and locked every night. The downside is that there's no assigned parking. Took me 2 years to get my two trailer spaces together and then someone moved my cone and took one of them. The weeds are starting to come up and I know it's a bit difficult to spray around people's trailers but can something be done? Otherwise, reasonable price and close enough to home”
“Excellent place to store our trailer. Like a previous poster stated Eric and Chris go way out of their way to accommodate their patrons. The serviceand knowledge of these two gentlemen is impeccable. After talking to Eric and Chris you depart the facility knowing that your investment is in good hands. On our new trailer like so many other owner's we're opting to havethem winterize and then make it ready for next Spring 2021. I can'tthink of a cleaner, safer, and better place to store an RV. “Came in to rent a moving truck and found they had a large selection on hand and trailers as well. After reading the reviews about this place, I was a little unsure of what to expect but the service I received was excellent. Of course, most of the negative reviews are in regards to getting propane refills. As far as my experience goes, the guy who helped me was very friendly, efficient and did a great job of handling multiple customers all at the same time and still managed to get me set up and on the road in minutes. I should note that the main lobby was filled with all kind of moving boxes, blankets, packing materials and even a wide array of trailer hitches and if in the future I ever need any of it, I will be sure to come back to this UHaul again. Now, the reason for holding off on a full 5 stars is because the truck I got was filthy. Not on the inside mind you but it looked like it just showed up after driving hours in the dirt and snow. And really, this wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that the windows were a mess and near impossible to see out of while driving into the setting sun as I left the facility. I literally had to pull over and try and make a clean spot before continuing on my way.”
