“I just moved in a month ago, but it’s been great so far. Jessica has been super responsive, along with the rest of the ladies in the office. Everyone has been so patient, and very friendly. I went to clean the apartment before moving in (I like bleach) and it was spotless. Caroline not only cleans the apartments, but she keeps an eye out too. Walmart delivered my items without bags, and Caroline took them to the office so they wouldn’t get lost or blow around outside. The grounds are clean, garbage is picked up, security patrols at night, the gates work, and it’s pretty quiet.
These are not brand new “luxury” units, but if you’re looking for a basic, clean, affordable place that’s close to shopping, restaurants, quick care, salons, etc. this is it.”

“It's a beautiful place. Most of the time it's quite. It's a people friendly place (most of the time). Management is friendly and easy to talk with. When you request maintenance help, the order is place and workers come and do it. Maintenance guys are always taking care of the area grounds first thing in the morning. Picking up all the rubbish people throw in the parking lot and other surrounding areas. This place is always clean.”

“New staff have brightened up the property tremendously. They are an improvement from previous staff. More events and resources are offered for the residents. Upgrades are happening monthly and the Salvation Army Family Services building in front will be opening soon. Apartments are updated and around 500sq ft.”

The groundskeeper maintains the apartment complex exceptionally well.
The maintenance men will get your requests done in 1 day. (*They change your light bulbs and air filters)
I work before dawn. Management takes quiet time very seriously.

I love that the apartment is one story, you have your own private patio, farm sink, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans with lights, scalding hot water (doesn't take long to get hot either), no carpet, cold AC in the summer and heat in the winter, your assigned parking space is in view of bedroom window and I feel safe here.

Searching for apartments made me really appreciate La Sarena. It is the best place I've rented and I'm really gonna miss my apartment.

The only reason why I'm moving is because the highschool zoned is Cheyenne High and I think it's way too far for my kid to walk in the heat.”

Actually every one in the office are very nice and professional. My move in had been the best. The office is always clean with good music playing.
The maintenance guy is on it and very nice you cant find good service now a days but I will say my experience here with preserve has been excellent the cleanliness of the complex is well kept too I love it here.”
