“I'll start by saying I have an extremely high level expectation because my car is my baby, and I'm a bit of a know-it-all.. took one of my Vossen wheels here for repair on a bend. Terry one of the managers was extremely patient with me and my nit -picking expectations . After the fix, and rebalance I noticed some minor mistakes the tire mounting tech made which ended up scratching the bejesus outta my wheels. The scratches were unacceptable, But the owner Steven not only showed up, expressed he truly cared, didn't minimize my problem and stepped up to do the right thing to make everything perfect. Nobody enjoys these types of situations or having to bring it up but I was impressed by the no BS manner which they remedied the situation for me. These guys behaved like I wish other businesses did and really earned it.”

“I always get my batteries at AutoZone since I started driving and never thought of going anywhere else. Today I went to AutoZone next-door to O’Reillys and they checked my battery. Said I need a new one, but they could not help me take it off or lend me tools to change out my battery. Instead They want me to buy the tools so I could change my battery. I called O’Reillys Nate answered and said they would have no problem in assisting me to getting a new battery. I was at O’Reilly’s for under what seemed like five Nate of everything for me. Honestly, after today’s experience, O’Reilly’s is now my new go to spot. Thank you Nate for your professionalism and helping me out.”

“Thank goodness for Batteries In A Flash! I needed a battery for my Nikon 35mm camera and I was finally able to get the correct 1 my 1st try with BIAF.
I searched all the local and usual stores that deal with photography accessories and couldn't find the little 1 I needed. Thankfully my search was over after I entered in my battery info and was directed to where I needed to shop. BIAF had exactly what I needed, in stock, very reasonable price and they covered they shipping. WOW!

“These guys were very kind. I was hoping to get my drop-down running boards on my Raptor done right away because I don’t live in Vegas. I come back every two weeks. So I booked it out two weeks and I just so happen to be driving by another shop and dropped into see them, and they could do it the next day.
I literally just had given my credit Info to the truck shop. I called them right back and they were kind and generous To cancel the order without any hassles. Really appreciate it next time shopping for something truck wise I’ll be back.”

I ended up needing 2 batteries in my mercedes benz s550 and Fernando installs both batteries for me and 1 of the batteries is in my trunk and very hard to get to, he did it anyways. “I recently took my truck in to Drakes Equipment to get prices on a new truck rack and a slide out toolbox. They gave me a fair price and got it done in a very timely manner. They kept me updated through text on the install to make sure everything was what I wanted which was another bonus. When I went to pick up my car he showed me that the kit I bought wasn't designed well enough for my car and went the extra mile to provide a solution. “After someone decided to go straight in a left turn lane and hit our car we went to collision works. The other drivers insurance that paid for the repairs was Progressive. Pat handled the whole process for us quickly working with Progressive to get our car back to us in under a week total. Being a Tesla many body shops just won’t even consider attempting the repair. This damage being light not requiring panel replacement they did not hesitate to take on this work. The repair is flawless and was done quickly, not much more you can ask for.”
