atm is frequently unavailable and of course there only one atm for the whole branch. funniest part is that its a “new” atm yet the old one never had this many issues. and once the one atm machine is down they never have enough tellers to help customers.

The atm is always out of cash or broken when I go there. Switching to Bank of America.

Love the Bank but went to open a second account and Isaac is terrible at customer service, he was rude and he doesn’t care at all. Of course I left immediately and headed to Capital One.
