This location provides great customer service, with staff being nice and knowledgeable. The branch has a solid team, with some employees displaying excellent customer service skills, such as promptness and efficiency. However, the drive-thru ATM often has issues and the surrounding area can be dirty. Overall, Citi provides a range of services and has a good team, but some areas need improvement.
This location has always been my go to branch ever since my parents used to bank here from 2003! My mom's favorite teller has always been Kerri, as she always displays the best customer service with promptness, efficiency with a smile! You can't ask for a better experience from a teller and advise everyone to go to her!

The customer service is Awesome but the drive thru ATM is hardly ever working properly or at all. Also the trash by this ATM is disgusting, not a good look.
