“I use my MacBook Pro every day. One of the USBC/Thunderbolt ports failed. Apple said that I would have to send the computer to them and I would receive it back in 5-7 days. I found Computer Doctor BG (Centennial). I brought it there. Jared analyzed the computer, ordered the part and gave it back to me within an hour, so I was not without my computer. The part arrived in 2 days. I brought the computer back and Jared had it repaired in a half hour. Much better than Apple service. They also honor Apple warranty and Apple Care. Best service that I have ever received!”

“I needed to charge my macbook air as I left my charger at my last hotel and they brought me a charger so that I could finish work that I urgently needed to get done. There was a gentleman who worked there who was a trainer too (and a DJ on the side), and he helped me with my concerns with my outdated computer. He explained it to me to where a non techie like me thoroughly understood. I may be buying a new generation MacBook air now from him. I wish I remembered his name. Great customer service! Thank you.”

“Here's my full review on my experience at this Apple location yesterday. Walking into the store it was clean, organized and filled with happy employees. I was greeted at the door by someone who had the presence of a manager. He quickly delegated and within one minute I was on my way. Great job. The first associate was not equipped to handle my issue. He used weak sales tactics to get me to discount my issue so that he didn't have to work, and I quote "I'm doing everything I can for you". This was said to me while he stood across the table instead of looking over my shoulder as I navigate a multi step process. He also neglected to mention and I initially neglected to notice that it is recommended that I use a different operating system for my objective. I politely asked him to replace himself with someone more saavy to assist. Immediately I was handed over to a different team and my review is spotless from here on out. I was accomodated and my concerns were heard and actioned to the best of their ability, great work! I left with multiple avenues in which to resolve my objective and I purchased a new Apple product that evening. To your management team, your team is a strong one. That should be a very successful store and I very much liked how involved the floor managers were and how they interacted with staff and customers alike. I found their ethos to be one of knowledge, abstract thinking and teamwork. 4 stars hurts me here, wish I could give 5 but that would not be honest. Great job team on bringing this from a 0/1 star to a 4.”

“Well I just ordered some ram for my notebook and saw some bad reviews for this company. They look like they been on Amazon for awhile and reviews looked strong there. I don't know if people are getting paid to write a bad review or not? My item just got the label created today so I'll see what happens to me and update my review and rating if this company doesn't ship or what ever problems I have if any. It did take awhile for them to get the label created but that is common when dealing with free shipping. I did notice there paid shipping is extremely high and outrageous and not sure why that is.”

“I’m setting up a home office, and a friend recommended the UNLV Surplus store to me. I had never heard of it and was very pleasantly surprised with their inventory and amazing customer service. I purchased a secondary monitor in great condition for only $15, and they included all of the necessary cords, a mouse, and a keyboard for free! The tech manager, Kevin, also plugged everything in to ensure functionality before I left the store. I saved hundreds of dollars by shopping at the UNLV Surplus Center!”

“HONEST AND RELIABLE PC REPAIR Gene the proprietor will probably diagnose your PC's problem within seconds. I've been taking my antique PCs to him for years. I can't afford to take them to a shop that will charge me more than my outdated machines are worth. If your hard drive gets zapped, Gene will throw in a new one and recover your data. If your power supply is fried, he'll replace it in minutes. If you change machines, he'll transfer all your files to your other machine. These are things he's done for me. Don't let the funky neighborhood discourage you. Gene charges very reasonable prices because his overhead is low. He's an honest and reliable service provider. As the name indicates, you can get rid of your old machine with Gene. Go green! Don't just throw your old PC in the garbage.”

“Back when Hurricane Hillary hit us earlier this year my roof collapsed, flooding my gaming PC. I was devastated, as I was just a few hours away from finishing the Resident Evil 4 Remake when I went to bed that night.The staff here at Computer Repair Las Vegas managed to not only get my PC up and running but they fixed the HDMI port on my RTX 3080, something even the card’s manufacturer said they couldn’t do for me.I cannot recommend them enough, they do great work, have quick turnaround times and their services are very reasonable.”
