“I normally don’t leave reviews but I just have to say how satisfied I am with JP’s customer service. He literally got me in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I had done my research on a MacBook I was looking at for DJ/Music purposes already, but I wanted to hear what he had to say. He was knowledgeable and honest. He knew all the specs on each MacBook like he worked for Apple themselves. No sales pitch, just straight to the point. If I was naive to MacBooks, he wouldn’t have tried to upsell me on something I totally wouldn’t need. If you want to leave the store confident with your purchase ask for JP!”
“I arrived at the store and was assisted by Serena, who welcomed me with incredible calmness and patience. I speak Portuguese and just a little English, but she was so attentive and understanding, doing her best to make our communication easy we used a translator, and everything went perfectly!
Her service was so sincere and thoughtful that I ended up choosing a different product model, simply because of the trust she inspired.

“Douglas helped me with my iPhone 16 plus and offered excellent professional service and information leading to my purchase.
I did however receive a not so friendly welcoming from an associate, who seemed to have a bit of an attitude and tone with me, at the front of the store. Apples market cap is in the trillions that treatment shouldn’t happen to a respectful paying customer and has no place in the brands legacy. I very much regret having to leave this second part of my review.”

“Fortunately they had and were able to replace the original backing to my iPhone 15, same color and with logo. I also needed a battery replacement which Jose was able to hook me up and price match so I ended up getting everything for a very reasonable and fair price compared to some other shops. They got a back screen and battery replacement done within less than 2 hours I thought it wouldn’t be ready til the next morning since I brought it in close to when they closed. Overall great experience, friendly and quick service, thank you gadget mates and specifically Jose.”
