“The employees here are very helpful and kind. No bad attitude. It's unfortunate to be under staff which slows down the service But it is out of their control. When cut down hits, it bites for both employees and customers. Patience and Respect ?”

“We we t to get our passports because the webpage was not working to set up an appointment. We were told that they take 4 walk ins every Tuesday, Wednesday and friday morning only. You get a number and have to return from 3 to 4pm to do the process.”

“This place is always insanely busy. However, the people who work there are amazing. Efficient, friendly.
As of writing this, they are very short staffed. I'm in there a lot and I think they only have 4 people who work the front total. That's TOTAL. I've been in there and people have complained loudly like it will do something. Remember these are people and not machines and they maybe need lunch breaks and to go home eventually?
Regardless, still amazing. Everyone who works there is so very patient with every customer. You guys are rock stars.”
