“Miguel and the team here are always A++ - I told Miguel I would leave a review forever ago on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but I got locked out of my gmail. I got it back now so here is my review. 5 stars! From the customer service to the technicians / mechanics in the back, everything from start to finish has been great with these guys. I feel like I have not only a business relationship with these people but also friendship too. Miguel has helped me with tows, selling my vehicle(s), etc. I spent a ton of money with him on my Jeep and then a new unrelated issue happened and it was going to cost me so much money, but Miguel didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic because he knew I wasn’t going to replace my engine. Little things like that keep a customer for life. I have 3 vehicles and I plan to always use Big Brand for my repair needs. They also offer Acima (leasing) to help with paying and cost. I now have my 00 Chevy Silverado going there today to get the brake line checked and some other routine maintenance. THANK YOU BIG BRAND FOR EARNING MY TRUST!!!”

“We were traveling from UT to CA and our tire popped right outside of Vegas. We called from the road. They were very accommodating and helpful. When we got there, they got us right in. We got such a great deal, instead of just getting one new tire, we decided to replace all 4. We don’t even live in their state and we would go back to them again. Excellent service! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.”
“The staff here is very knowledgeable & professional. I love the new inspection system online. This made me feel part of process. Instead of just being told what they did. The pictures gives a more clear understanding of what work that's being done. My 4 star rating is pricing. I paid a little more than what I wanted to pay.”
“Giovanni has been absolutely amazing and out of this world accommodating. I was out of town and I got a flat tire. My tires are under warranty and the warranty company could not work with me or figure out how to help. Giovanni offered a complete reimbursement for any tire I had to purchase so that I was able to get home. I couldn’t be more grateful for his understanding and outstanding customer service.”

He was absolutely lovely and so graciously helped us get on our way again, possibly making himself late to work. My mom and I are very appreciative for his help.”
“honestly from the start was a 5 star review ended up coming just for air on my tire bc my left front one was leaking. They examined it a lil further and my tire had a big crack and the wrong tire size on my rim. Got new tires for a steal and done quick 5/5 star for me.”
“I've had the pleasure of dealing with many of the staff members at this location on multiple occasions. Every single one of them has been amazing. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, and everyone here shows genuine concern and care with all of the customers. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. They simply take care of whatever I come in for and offer other options if needed, but they have never been pushy. Houston helped me out a couple of times today, as well as a few other employees. Everyone was great! 10/10 would recommend!”

“I’m not one to be writing reviews even if I had a bad experience, but this place is deff worth my time. Brandon and some other asian dude ( unfortunately I didn’t get his name) took the time to get my balance and alignment done properly on my Malibu, they did what 3 different shops couldn’t do. And I am grateful with them for going out of their way to get me on the road safe. Thank you guys I will deff tell everyone about yall!”

“In a world where it seems like everyone is trying to take advantage of a single woman, these men treated me like I was their sister. I would recommend them to anyone! I normally don’t give reviews unless the service was terrible but I almost cried today when I noticed that they did something for me that I didn’t ask for but knew that I needed. They just did a random act of kindness that I accidentally found out that they did. Go here please! Companies like this needs to be in business”
“Quick and easy smog in and out. I overheard them discussing prices on the phone. Having done some mechanic work the prices were quoted very fair. They do more than just tires and smog give them a call”
“Excellent Service!! Today my parents had a flat tire on the side of the road outside of Las Vegas - Sloan, NV. After dealing with AAA for over 2.5 hours and getting no one to help them - they called Grubb Tires. They were there within 20 minutes and got the tire changed and sent them on their way. Thank you for taking care of my parents Grubb!! I will definitely be recommending you.”

“Easy scheduling procedures. Staff were very helpful and got me back on the road quick. Tech did a good job. Price was competitive after I shopped around. The other place I went to quoted me $75 for alignment over the phone, when I got there the guy said it was $169 and they weren’t able to get to me till the next day.”

“Had a 7am appointment for when they opened. Arrived on time, waited for vehicle for oil change...took 2 hours. Waited with Autistic 7 yr old. Friendly staff...just expected an oil change to not take 2 hours being appointment at 7am when shop opened is all.”
